l'un des endroits les plus étonnants que vous puissiez imaginer, un beau camping, très simple et sans fioritures, mais propre et paisible, j'espère y retourner un jour.

Je pense encore à cet endroit. Vous avez de la chance si jamais vous pouvez découvrir ce magnifique camp. Soyez conscient des routes qui mènent ici, de nombreux lits de rivières rocheux et asséchés, ils peuvent être dangereux, veuillez faire attention.

an amazing view, great service, very nice hikes and also drives into the canyon.
hiking trails are really great, and upmarket hikers desitnation. hikes are for your average or older hiker and they are not challanging. views are really beautifull. Canyon drive is a nice scenic 4x4 drive into the canyon.
value for money it is over priced especially for locals. In terms of service, food and rooms I have been to places that cost less than half and are better (not at all saying the service or rooms are bad, they are great, just not value for money), so essentially you are paying a premium for the amazing view and location.

Definitiv eines der schönsten Hotels unserer Reise! Zimmer sind gross, der Ausblick schlicht atemberaubend, der Service unglaublich zuvorkommend unddas Essen war grossartig. Bei zwei Nächten lohnt sich für gut erprobte Wanderer der Halfday oder Day-Hike in den Canyon!

Really a amazing place at the world second largest canyon, the fish river canyon. Take the time and have a stop there. Simply unbelievable. Take a sunset tour at the evening and the canyon tour in the morning to discover the area. Several stops in between down to the river and a final Stopp at the river with the opportunity to take a splash down into the "pool" .

Nous sommes vraiment tombés sous le charme de cet établissement ! Tout était parfait ! Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer Deska qui était un hôte exceptionnel, merci beaucoup ! Nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander cet endroit.

J'ai séjourné dans une tente déjà montée. Il y avait de l'électricité dans la tente, mais à cause de cela, il y avait des trous pour que les câbles puissent entrer et sortir. En raison de ces insectes fréquents dans la tente, heureusement, il y avait un très bon spray pour les insectes.
Dans la nuit, des souris ont marché sous la tente, vous avez entendu cela et ce n'était pas agréable.
Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude ; il y avait un réservoir d'eau où il fallait se réchauffer avec du bois et du feu. Nous l'avons laissé pendant 5 heures et la douche est restée froide.
De nombreux campings ont du matériel de camping que vous pouvez emprunter (couverts/assiettes, etc.) ici ils n'en avaient pas, mais étaient autorisés à utiliser une partie du matériel du propriétaire, mais ce n'était pas idéal (pas de verres ni d'eau savonneuse, par exemple) .
Nous avons également fait un tour à dos d'éléphant dans le grand lodge qui était très cher pour le prix. Nous avons vu les éléphants ce qui était très spécial mais les animaux sont très timides et trouvent cela très désagréable ; les gens/voitures n'ont pas l'habitude d'aimer à Etosha. Le déjeuner n'était vraiment pas bon et le guide pouvait à peine nous dire quoi que ce soit sur les animaux. Ils sont les seuls à le proposer, ils peuvent donc probablement facturer ces prix. . Je ne le recommande pas.

Pour nous l'un des plus beaux camps.

La tournée de suivi Rino coûte quelque chose mais très intéressante comment les gens lisent la piste et trouvent les Rino à la fin :)

Vue à couper le souffle! Personnel charmant dans ce lodge détenu et géré par la communauté locale. N'hésitez pas à profiter de la navette si vous n'avez pas un 4X4.

Lage mit Aussicht einzigartig und traumhaft, Service gut, Essen gut, Pool sehr klein und Areal überschaubar und unispiriert gestaltet, Terrasse ohne Sitzgelegenheiten, Zufahrt nicht instandgehalten, Zimmer mit Badnische sehr klein und in die Jahre gekommen, Roomservice unaufmerksam, Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Un camping intégré au paysage/nature, qui m'a inspiré. Les parcelles sont très espacées et bien équipées. Tout était propre, pas parfait mais fonctionnel. Les animaux de la région ne sont pas si particuliers au sujet des limites. Si cela vous dérange, restez à l'écart. Le personnel était très sympathique, attentionné et serviable. Si vous avez besoin de luxe, allez ailleurs.

Nous avons eu une expérience incroyable à l'unique Shipwreck Lodge. Des couchers de soleil aux dunes, en profitant du magnifique design intérieur et de la décoration des chambres, nous avons vécu une expérience inoubliable. Notre guide, Abel, était gentil et compétent. Nous avons passé un bon moment à faire du VTT avec Michael et nous avons fait une merveilleuse promenade avec Bonnie.

Traumhafte Landschaft, phantastische Aussicht.
Gute Küche, aber teilweise sehr lange Wartezeiten müssen eingeplant werden. Die Mahlzeiten werden auf jeden Fall frisch zubereitet !
Die Zimmer, jedes für sich, sind in einzelnen Hütten untergebracht mit jeweils eigener kleiner Terrasse .
Das Liegen am kleinen Infinity- pool mit sehr aktiver Vogelwelt und phantastischer Aussicht
relativiert die abenteuerliche Zufahrtsstrasse.
Man kann das Auto auch unten an der Passstrasse lassen und sich von oben holen lassen.
Momentan ist oben wohl wegen der Regenzeit sehr wenig Wild an der Wasserstelle , einige Antilopenspuren waren jedoch zu sehen.
Die Hauptattraktion ist die atemberaubende Aussicht auf diese unglaublich weite Landschaft ohne Zeichen eines Eingriffs durch Menschen.

We had a perfect time at Fish River Lodge, quite and relaxing days.
Nights can be windy, therefore, bungalows are sometimes noisy while you sleep.

Grand camping dans un endroit exceptionnel avec sa propre douche/toilette. Très bons propriétaires et super bar/piscine. Proposez également de la viande à griller. Malheureusement, nous avions déjà mangé avant, si nous avions su avant nous aurions épargné notre faim ;)

One of the most breath taking view of our Namibia! Great cooking, nice rooms, so quiet, pool nice refreshing, hot water in your shower guaranteed. 4x4 required till the lodge or you can be fetched by their car. Highly would recommend. Returning to the reality of Windhoek a bit sad but as soon as I'll have another chance will definitely visit it again! Thanks

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon in June 2023 and had a wonderful time. The main lodge area is beautiful - the enormous windows highlight the magnificent views (seriously, they are incredible!). The main area has a cosy fire near the bar, and the restaurant area is modern and intimate (the food is also delicious!).
The rooms are really nicely designed, all focused on the stunning views. We loved the indoor + outdoor showers, and all the amenities. It was unexpectedly cold when we were there, but the team made the room up with hot water bottles and extra blankets to keep us warm and cosy.
We loved the team who worked there - they were really friendly and helpful. We would especially recommend the guided hike into the canyon with Gordon - he was hands down the best guide we had across our entire 3wk trip in Namibia. He is super knowledgeable, and we loved hearing his stories and about his ambitions. We cannot recommend him enough!!
The team went above and beyond to make our honeymoon feel special with treats in the room, the best tables in the restaurant, and happy wishes - a big thank you to them <3
This is a gorgeous place to stay - we loved it - and would highly recommend!
