An extremely warm welcome. And those views! This has been our favorite town so far, it feels safe, it's quiet and very friendly. The rooms was basic but perfectly fine. Our evening meal in the restaurant was superb

Vollkommen überteuertes Hotel mit unfreundlichem Personal und minimaler Ausstattung. Mittelmässiges Essen bei astronomischen Preisen.

Wir waren im Restaurant und haben dort sehr sehr leckere fangfrische Auster gegessen. Ein Genuss, sehr zu empfehlen.

Lovely location and the room was beautiful! We had an amazing view from our little balcony. Room was nice and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food could be improved slightly in the restaurant but overall a good experience.

Самый ужасный ресторан в Намибии!!! Мы пришли, предварительно заказав стол на 10 человек на 19:00, заказали закуски и горячие, но подали нам: - закуски после 21:00(2 часа после заказа!!!), а горячее после долгих ругательств в 22:00(3 часа), как вы считаете ждать свою еду в течении 3 часов когда ты голоден это нормально!??? Я считаю что - нет. При этом цены выше чем во всех городах по маршруту, очень расстроены, никогда больше не вернемся!!!

Nice, chilled view at the sea, super friendly staff, good food. Kolmanskop is just 15min by car away..

The hotel came highly recommended and as a result our expectations for locally procured seafood in particular were high. Our room was comfortable & perfectly turned out as was the bathroom. However, we had a disastrous dinner. The oysters were great but the Kabeljou was inedible. No flavour & over-cooked. My wife’s West Coast Lobster was fine but with little flavour. I returned the Kabeljou & the waiter professionally offered a plate of grilled hake. This took more than 20 minutes to appear. Even worse. Must have been deep frozen as what was presented was anaemic, thin & tough. Couldn’t manage more than three mouthfuls. Returned to the kitchen once again. Gracious but embarrassed staff member. Settled on crème brûlée which was served almost frozen. Returned to the kitchen & retired to our room fairly hungry. Breakfast was just passable. To its credit, Reception deducted the two attempts at fish dishes & crème brûlée from the bill. Overall, good impressions of staff but poor culinary experiences for a 4-star establishment.

Maybe one of better hotels in Luderitz (but choises is not big). However sufficient for eat and sleep. Price power ratio is not good, too high price for night and not corresponding quality ( f.e. black dirt (mold) on seal in bathroom/bathtub ) but otherwise clean room. Food in restaurant was very tasty

Please take note; We place enormous importance on the hygiene standards at our hotel and without fail, we pass all stringent tests imposed by the Health and Safety Standards Authority. All our en suites have been fully renovated and our walk in showers almost brand new.
PS. In 2015, we won Namibia's top hotel award in the 50+ Rooms category.
