Waited for almost 2 hours for them to prepare normal rice, which was not even cooked.

Allereerst; mooie locatie aan de rivier en gelegen in een prachtige en perfect bijgehouden tropische tuin.
Zwembad klein en wat vies maar verfrissend.
Kamer was ruim en de badkamer was groot en mooi.
Maarr; in de kamer geen licht te vinden die het deed. Afstandbediening van de airco pas na meerdere keren vragen gekregen. Wasservice erg duur.
We hebben een uur op onze( heerlijke) lunch moeten wachten.
Ontbijt was okee.
Personeel lief maar niet toeschietelijk.
Samengevat: prijs/ kwaliteit is goed maar er zouden met wat kleine verbeteringen grote stappen gezet kunnen worden

Our stay at this riverside location offered a mix of experiences. The rooms were pleasant, and I particularly enjoyed the bath in our room. However, our dining experience left us a bit perplexed. During dinner, we ordered steak and were offered salad by the waitress, which led us to believe it was complimentary. Surprisingly, the salad – a unique river fish variety that was quite nice – appeared on our bill. We expressed our confusion to the reception, believing it to be a complimentary addition, as it was offered to us and other tables without explicit mention of an extra charge. After some discussion, the charge was reluctantly removed from our bill, but the staff's demeanor turned noticeably unfriendly and rude afterwards.

The location, while scenic, is adjacent to a popular party spot by the river, so those seeking peace and quiet might be disappointed due to the noise and activity levels.

While the swimming pool offered a downtime from the heat, cleanliness was a concern with noticeable dust, bugs, and spider nests around the pool area and the pool bar.

Breakfast the following morning was okay, although it lacked essentials like coffee and milk. The garden, on the other hand, was a highlight with its beauty and tranquility.

In summary, while there were aspects of the property I appreciated, such as the garden's beauty and the pleasant rooms, my overall experience was marred by issues with service, cleanliness, and the environment. The misunderstanding at dinner and the subsequent reaction from the staff were particularly disappointing. The noise level from nearby parties also detracted from what could have been a peaceful stay. While the pool provided a nice cooling off point, its maintenance left much to be desired.

Given these experiences, I'm hesitant to plan a return stay at this establishment.

Quaint rest stop. Food is average. Rooms are clean and large.

Tambuti is a beautiful lodging place, clean and stylish. There is so much noise from the Rundu Beach most weekends but other than that, it's a good place

A place to be always

Die Zimmer haben leider Renovierungsbedarf, es ist kaum Wasserdruck vorhanden. Auf das Essen mussten wir trotz Reservierung über eine Stunde warten. Kann ich leider nicht empfehlen..

Sehr einfache Zimmer, in einer eigentlich schönen Gartenanlage am Fluss leider neben einem Kieswerk. Service wie immer von den Personen abhängig von sehr nett bis völlig desinteressiert. Allerdings fanden wir das Essen im Restaurant sehr gut!
Beim Zwischenstopp zum Caprivi kann man beruhigt eine andere Stadt als Rundu und diese Lodge wählen.

Situated right at the heart of Kavango River, local hot spot Rundu beach. The lodge has exquisite rooms and service, having traditional dishes on menu. Closely located to shopping center and offers great outdoor area for cycling, biking and running along the river.

En su momento debió ser un buen Lodge. Lastima no haber cuidado su mantenimiento

One of the best places in Rundu, they have a nice garden with a very nice pool. Privacy is guaranteed and can be recommend to many.
