Nous avons passé notre anniversaire de mariage à l'Arctic Treehouse Hotel et nous avons été entièrement satisfaits. L'hôtel est situé au milieu de la forêt et offre une atmosphère merveilleuse et calme. Les chambres sont modernes et confortables, avec une vue impressionnante - un vrai moment fort a été de pouvoir observer les aurores boréales directement depuis la chambre.

Le service était extrêmement aimable et prévenant, et la nourriture à la carte était également convaincante par sa bonne qualité et son goût. Un petit inconvénient est la proximité de l'écluse de vol, qui peut parfois être un peu gênante, mais qui dans l'ensemble n'a guère pesé dans la balance.

Un endroit magnifique, idéal pour les occasions spéciales et les journées de détente en pleine nature.

Une belle serre à aurores... l'environnement est confortable, le restaurant est très bon, je reviendrai dès que j'en aurai l'occasion.

Arctic Treehouse est une idée géniale dont l'exécution n'a pas été à la hauteur. Les chambres sont très propres et la fenêtre est géniale, selon la chambre choisie. Nous avons pris la chambre 1, qui était à côté du restaurant. Cela signifie que tous les jours, des gens passaient devant notre chambre pour aller au restaurant... La plupart du temps, c'était trop gênant de laisser nos stores ouverts, ce qui allait à l'encontre de l'objectif du séjour. Cela signifiait également que les lumières et les bruits du restaurant et de la piste de luge étaient également un facteur. Je pense qu'une chambre plus éloignée aurait été préférable. Cependant, la fonction "nid" a été appréciée par notre fils et c'est une bonne idée pour les familles. En ce qui concerne l'hôtel lui-même, il n'y a pas beaucoup d'avantages et le service ressemble à celui d'un hôtel standard. Même si tout le monde était gentil, rien n'était à la hauteur du prix que nous avons payé pour le séjour, et nous avons eu plusieurs fois l'impression que c'était une corvée que quelqu'un réponde à une question pour nous. De plus, l'un des plus gros inconvénients est que la température des chambres est contrôlée par la réception. Vous devez leur envoyer un message à chaque fois pour la changer, et pour nous, cela n'a jamais été idéal. Nous aimons dormir dans des environnements plus frais, et nous leur avons demandé d'éteindre tout le chauffage, ce qui était bien pendant un certain temps, mais nous nous sommes réveillés en sueur. Il est tout simplement frustrant de ne pas pouvoir contrôler cela soi-même, surtout pour plus de mille dollars par nuit. En ce qui concerne les avantages, il n'y a pas de sauna gratuit, pas de salle de sport et, à part le restaurant, aucun bâtiment ou espace à visiter en dehors de votre chambre. Il n'y a qu'une piste de luge et une piste de tubing, ce qui ne semble pas beaucoup par rapport à d'autres complexes hôteliers que nous avons visités pendant notre séjour. Tout ce qui se trouve sur la propriété est dispersé - et bien que vous puissiez vous faire conduire, cela ne vaut parfois pas la peine de se donner du mal. C'est un beau séjour, mais pas pour le prix que nous avons payé, et à moins qu'il n'ait baissé de manière significative - ou que plus de choses soient incluses (comme le sauna), nous ne reviendrons pas ici.

J'étais en décembre 2023, sans aucun doute un excellent endroit pour passer du temps avec la famille et les couples, un excellent service et l'hospitalité, les chambres sont belles et toujours garder chaque détail

Exceptionnel à tous les niveaux. Des boissons de bienvenue à l'enregistrement sans tracas, en passant par l'emplacement magique et le fabuleux restaurant. Cet établissement a tout ce qu'il faut et fait tout ce qu'il faut. Le personnel est fantastique et incroyablement attentif. Si vous voulez un endroit qui se surpasse, c'est ici.

Je m'attendais à mieux de la part d'un hôtel comme celui-ci, il manque l'option jacuzzi, spa, et le menu du restaurant manque de variété.

Chambres très belles et luxueuses. Très proche de l'aéroport et du village de Santa Claus. Le parc du Père Noël est juste à côté ! Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique et professionnel. Merci à l'équipe de l'hôtel pour l'hospitalité pour moi et ma femme lors de notre anniversaire. La vue de nuit est magnifique et ils ont un service de voiturier toute la journée pour vous transférer de votre chambre à la réception ou au parc du Père Noël !

Hôtel très chic avec un bon service.

Nous n'avons pas eu le meilleur temps (pluie) et n'avons pas pu profiter de la neige (il n'y en avait pas sur le sol), donc peut-être que ce n'est pas une critique vraiment juste, mais j'ai trouvé que cet endroit était beaucoup trop cher et manquait des attributs attendus dans une station haut de gamme. Le personnel est correct et attentif, mais l'ambiance laisse à désirer. Les chambres n'ont rien de spécial. Le restaurant est vraiment trop cher pour ce que l'on vous sert, bien que la nourriture soit de bonne qualité. Si j'avais l'occasion d'y retourner, je ne le ferais pas.

La vue est magnifique, l'atmosphère est chaleureuse, le design du restaurant est approprié et le service est amical.

Après l'enregistrement, le personnel de l'hôtel nous a aidés à porter nos bagages jusqu'à la voiture et nous a conduits à notre chambre. La chambre était très confortable et la vue était magnifique ! Il n'est pas loin de Santa Claus Village, il est donc facile de conduire ou de prendre un taxi. Le petit déjeuner est une variété de pains, aliments frais, fruits, céréales, flocons d'avoine, café, lait, thé, jus, ???? Je voudrais choisir cette chambre à nouveau ???????? !

Dans sa globalité, cet hôtel très charmant vous offrira tout le confort dont vous avez besoin !
Les chambres sont très propres, offrant une vue sublime sur les sapins enneigés.
Le personnel est très aimable et serviable, un grand merci à eux !
Côté restaurant, la cuisine est délicieuse, le service est rapide, le tout dans une ambiance très chalheureuse !
De même pour les petits déjeuners, buffet copieux et très varié.

Quelques petits points négatifs :
- L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très éloigné du centre-ville. Vous devrez donc prendre le taxi si vous voulez vous déplacer. Il existe un bus devant l'hôtel mais il circule seulement pendant une certaine période.
- Le bruit du chauffage dans la chambre qui est assez présent.
- La literie pourrait être améliorée

Mis à part ça, sérénité, calme, paysage magnifique sont au rendez vous ! Je recommande cet hôtel

Artic Tree House Hotel is truly a magical place to stay, especially when there is snow around.
We had a fabulous view from our cottage, which wasn't too far from the reception, so walking to and fro was easy.
If required, Reception will send a vehicle to pick up guests.
Breakfast was a fabulous buffet spread. À la carte dinner was also good. The restaurant in the hotel is highly rated in the area.
It is pretty close to Santa Claus Village if you care to visit.
The resort isn't close to the town. I was told the cab ride isn't cheap.
It's definitely a place worth staying at.
The staff is super friendly and efficient.

Lovely rooms, great breakfast and had a delicious dinner at the restaurant. Only complaint is that the rugs should be cleaned better between stays.

Just came back with my family from 3 nights stay in the hotel to celebrate my bday. We had two separate rooms booked.

In summary, it is a beautiful location, the rooms are small but comfortable. Breakfast is good, dinner just ok. Hotel has absolutely no communal facilities, like a games room, or even a living area to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. You pretty much pay for the room and breakfast. Everything else you have to pay on top of it. Overpriced, we wouldn’t go back.

Positives:
Rooms are beautiful, bed is very comfortable. There is an extra bed in the room if you have a child which is convenient (not sure how much they would charge for that)

Location is gorgeous. You can walk around the forest, go to the observatory tower, 30mins walk from the Santa Claus village (which is a joke, but this is another story)

Restaurant is good, not great. But we didn’t find food in Rovaniemi good at all, so I guess it is what it is.

Staff is polite and available on WhatsApp 24x7.

Best experience we had was the e-snow mobile! Worth every penny (159 euros per person). It was 3 hours experience in the secret forest, driving over the frozen lake, our guide Ezequiel was absolutely fantastic! Strongly recommend.

We were lucky enough to see a tiny Aurora boreal! Mesmerising anyway.

Negatives:

Overpriced- First night we had dinner at the hotel - 4 people: 3 soups, one salad, 2 burgers, 2 dishes = 300 euros. You can make your own assessment, for us way too expensive. Ps.: don’t recommend ordering the burgers, it was not nice.

3 nights, two rooms = 4K euros! Ok, the place is beautiful and so but there is nothing else included in the rates- no facilities to be enjoyed like gym, sauna, living room to relax with your family. When asked about sauna, staff from reception sent me the price list - 199 euros per person. Then I went on asking about a “tent” structure located on the way to the room, thought it could be a space with a fireplace and a bar… the answer was it is for private events.

The staff is polite and helpful but not very knowledgeable about the city or activities.

Watch out for the cancellation policy for any activity you may want to book - pretty much you can’t rebook it or cancel, literally only if you die! That’s exactly what the policy says!

This is the hotel that you should stay at when you visit Rovaniemi. The rooms are absolutely beautiful (the bed was comfortable; the shower was a nice treat; the espresso machine made the morning coffee enjoyable; the view from the room was exceptional. The front desk staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you Polyanna Pesco for your generous time and help. The Northern Lights were awesome!!

Superb accommodation and service

Fantastic hotel with great view, food and staff! Located near all the major tourist points: airport, santas village etc

Schön in die Landschaft integriert. Gutes Personal. Zimmer doch etwas klein für die Preise. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Die Lage der Zimmer ist top, ich hatte vom Bett her den Blick in den Wald. Das Frühstück ist super.

Alles in allem ist das Hotel gut aber viel zu teuer. Für uns hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis einfach nicht gepasst. Ankunft in der Rezeption ganz ok. Die jeweiligen Fahrer die einem von der Rezeption zum Zimmer bringen und auch da abholen sind sehr freundlich. Zimmer ist sehr klein d.h. man muss alle Sachen die man braucht in den Schrank einräumen was halt eher mühsam ist für 2 Nächte. Allerdings wurde das mit dem Stauraum clever gelöst. Fluglärm ist leider auch gut hörbar aber wenn man sich nicht darauf konzentriert dann stört es auch nicht gross...

Vom Frühstück waren wir auch ein wenig enttäuscht. Einerseits war da das überforderte Personal (viel zu wenig für so viele Gäste) und andererseits war da das dreckige Geschirr - was für uns in einem solchen Hotel nicht geht.... Egal ob Teller oder Müslischüssel... fanden wir ein wenig schade...

Das mit Abstand beste an diesem Hotel sind die Ausflüge die man buchen kann. Zwar etwas höher als die anderen aber es lohnt sich! Wir waren auf der Renntierfarm von Rosa die mit ihrer Liebe zu den Tieren und auch ihren Geschichten den Ausflug einzigartig macht. Dann waren wir auch noch auf einer Nordlicht Tour mit Daniel aus Spanien. Sehr cooler Typ der weiss wo die guten Spots sind um Polarlichter zu sehen und viel Wissen über die Lichter selbst.

I spent my honeymoon here which I though it should be wonderful experience as many only suggestion but it turn out a nightmare which I think I’m responsible to speak out the truth to alert any tourist planning to stay a night there.

When I check out the hotel I was in a rush so I didn’t quite notice my GoPro 11 was mislaid at hotel and I contact my travel agent to check with hotel and gladly they inform they did found the GoPro 11 and will hand over to my agent when they send another travel group as they promise. However, just a few days later hotel inform my thing gone and they were willing to take the full responsibility but after I express my though about this is not regarding money is my precious memory and they turn the attitude like they are nothing to do with this as their policy don’t responsible for any property loss. But in fact may thing which they had previously existed but gone anonymously which is apparently “Stolen event” but this hotel choose to tolerant and turn to against their client probably I am a foreigner for them that I will never come back so that is the best choice to rather protect their criminal staff instead of justice. Anyway my concern to everyone to take care of you thing if you are going there as your original plan but overall I would suggest don’t come here if anyone don’t want to ruin your trip. I am a victim show you how this hotel treat their client and I hope there won’t be anybody surfer like me again.

Good, not great.
We stayed for two nights in a double suite (39).

What we liked:
The room is stylish and cosy and the area is calm. The food in the restaurant is good and we liked both breakfast and diner. The personal is available 24/7 on WhatsApp for any inquiry.

What we disliked:

In high season we paid 750€ per night (without extra and food). IT IS WAY OVERPRICED; period. The room is ridiculously small and there is no space to stow your stuff. I don’t even comment on the bathroom which feels like a closet. Finally the view (yes the one they show you on their instagram page) is not even close to what you will get and in our case we had a view on the next treehouse, 10m away - see picture). We moved to a new hotel today (nova skyhotel in Santa village) and got a beautiful lodge with private sauna and SPACE for 60% of the price. Seriously the value for money in treehouse is a joke.
Beside that The A/C was very noisy and you cannot monitor it yourself (you need to send a WhatsApp and ask the reception to increase or lower the temperature which is not very convenient).

Special mention to the “chef” i.e. the guy who apparently created the recipes of the menu and painted them on canvas (the recipes) as supposed piece of art that you can buy for 3.600€ only: the food is good (without being Michelin Star level, stay calm) but your artistic talent is mediocre (and I am polite) and it is not because you write “Rolex” like a 5y/o on it that it is raffinate or chic.

Long story short: if you are an influencer and like to waste your money in overpriced hotel with poor value for money, this hotel is exactly what you are looking for!

PS: they charge you 60€ for the airport transfer (instead of 20€ if you book it yourself via an app); the cash machine has no limit!

5.조식 음.. 쏘쏘.. 연어 잔뜩 먹음 근데 다른 호텔도 가보니까 내용이 다비슷함 엄청난 기대는 마세요

사이즈는 원룸인데 드럽게 이쁘긴 함
