Un hôtel luxueux en plein cœur de la Zona rosa de Bucaramanga qui saura séduire les habitués de la chaîne et les autres. Piscine sur le toit terrasse (recommandé également pour boire un verre et apprécier la vue), spa, gymnase. Des chambres spacieuses et confortables. Bref, la chaîne ne démérite pas.

The Damn Carlton, not to be confused with the Ritz Carlton, is showing its age. Rooms are dated and dark. Broken security device. Both of rooms had Malfunctioning AC controller. No robes or slippers. No coffee in the room. The spa is nice, the massage great. But, we had to wait 20 minutes and go looking for the staff who were chitchatting at the restaurant before getting any service. they let kids in the spa who make a huge racket and splash around in the hot tub. Steam room was not working. They were out of towels and robes. Had to wait a long time to get a towel. Sauna is not warm enough. Water in the hot tub is luke warm and not filled to the top. I guess we can’t complain for $70 a night . The bell man is fantastic!

No lo recomiendo, se me quedaron unos productos de belleza en la habitación y no los reporto la ama de llave, el desayuno malo. Mejor hollydainn
