Du moins si vous avez une chambre qui donne sur la rue. En effet, l’hôtel étant situé en plein centre ( ce qui a aussi ses avantages), il est impossible de dormir avant 4 heures du matin. Votre nuit sera rythmée par une symphonie de Klaxons. Les taxis semblent s’amuser avec ces derniers, parfois 3-4 minutes sans une seconde d’interruption. Si vous souhaitez un environnement silencieux, votre chambre sera alors dotée d’une très petite fenêtre avec vue sur l’intérieur du bâtiment et la pièce sera alors plutôt sombre.
Le bâtiment est joli et les chambres sont classiques et plutôt propres mais ne valent selon moi pas le prix. Le lit est à ressort, donc pas excellent mais pas indécent non plus. Les robinets sont légèrement dévissés, il faudrait y mettre un petit coup de clé à molette. Quant à la piscine, belle décoration mais inutilisable, sauf si l’eau trouble ne vous rebute pas.
Le personnel est agréable, notamment Antonio alias Antoine qui est francophone.
Cet hôtel ne vaut pas réellement un 2 sur 5, mais pas non plus un 3 et encore moins un 4,3. Je lui attribuerais un honnête 2,5 sur 5.

Hubo un tema con la limpieza de la habitación, fuera de eso el personal, las instalaciones y la ubicación es increíble

I will make sure to conduct the evaluation in two languages so there is no doubt about what I'm going to say:
Don't be fooled by the photos and the beautiful location at Casa India Catalina. I have never been so desperate to leave a place as I was at this hotel.

The place is beautiful, historic, and in an extremely privileged location; however, the negative aspects were too significant:

1 - If you stay on the fourth floor, be prepared to climb steep stairs. There is only an elevator for luggage. We asked to change to a lower floor because my friend has foot problems WITH A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE, and they said there was no room. We spoke to people who made the same request and were promptly accommodated.

2 - Room with a musty smell and cobwebs on the ceiling. Additionally, the safe did not work for the entire 4 days I was there.

3 - The air conditioning only turns on with movement. Therefore, if you sleep, your air conditioning turns off, in the heat of Cartagena. We questioned this with the receptionist, and when asked, "How will it detect movement if we are sleeping?" she froze and said she would call support. As we were on the fourth floor, the ceiling received all the sun and heat of the day, and the heat was unbearable. Doing this is almost like wanting to kill the guest.

4 - COCKROACH AT BREAKFAST! In addition to being scarce, on one occasion, I went to have breakfast and saw a cockroach walking on the bread, the same bread from the previous day (meaning, hard). I informed the lady who was in charge of breakfast, and she only removed the bread, I didn't see them move to clean or check the breakfast. I refused to eat at the hotel in the following days.

I do not recommend it, and I will not recommend it to anyone going to Cartagena.

El lugar es hermoso, histórico y con una ubicación extremadamente privilegiada; sin embargo, los aspectos negativos fueron demasiado grandes:

1 - Si te alojas en el cuarto piso, prepárate para subir escaleras empinadas. Solo hay ascensor para el equipaje. Pedimos cambiar a un piso más bajo porque mi amiga tiene problemas en el pie CON INFORME y dijeron que no había habitación. Hablamos con personas que hicieron la misma solicitud y fueron atendidas de inmediato.

2 - Habitación con olor a moho y telarañas en el techo. Además, la caja fuerte no funcionó durante los 4 días que estuve allí.

3 - El aire acondicionado solo se enciende con movimientos. Por lo tanto, si duermes, tu aire acondicionado se apaga, en pleno calor de Cartagena. Preguntamos esto a la recepcionista y, ante la pregunta "¿Cómo va a detectar movimientos si estamos durmiendo?", se bloqueó y dijo que llamaría al soporte. Como estábamos en el cuarto piso, el techo recibía todo el sol y calor del día, el calor era insoportable. Hacer esto es casi querer matar al huésped.

4 - ¡CUCARACHA EN EL DESAYUNO! Además de escaso, en una de las ocasiones fui a desayunar y vi una cucaracha caminando sobre los panes, por cierto, los mismos panes del día anterior (es decir, duros). Informé a la chica que cuidaba el desayuno y solo retiró los panes, no vi que se movieran para limpiar o revisar el desayuno. Me negué a comer en el hotel en los días siguientes.

No lo recomiendo y no lo recomendaré a nadie que vaya a Cartagena.

Hotel muitissimo bem localizado, serviço proativo e simpatico, resolve todos os problemas prontamente! As vezes a internet é um pouco instavel, mas nada q atrapalhe, se ficar em um dos quartos de cima vai ter q pegar escada.
Cafe da manha com poucas opcoes mas tem boa comida. As ruas em volta tinham bastante barulho em volta, mas acho q seja assim em todas
