A great place in the old town centre. Good meals. Just walk out the front door and the best of the old city is there

A bit delapidated hotel. Everything is a room is made of wood. The receptionist was very very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and sufficient. I recommend this hotel.

Although its location is great, it was thought that the service and the hotel's poor condition would not attract attention by simply hiding behind the location advantage. But that's not exactly the case. Because the walls of the hotel are thin and the windows are wooden and uninsulated, you are longing for a restful sleep due to the noise. Unfortunately, you only wake up every hour from the conversations on the street, the conversations in the next room, the suitcase wheels on the hotel corridors and the cobblestones of the street. And even when you turn in your own bed, you can wake up from the creak noise of the wooden bed. The hotel's location is beyond good, that's no doubt. But the only good thing is the location and view anyway. Also you should keep your expectations as low as possible for the breakfast.

Probably the cheapest place for a drink in the old town! Somewhat slow service but we were happy with that to take our time avoiding the heat. Myself and 2 friends all got 2 drinks each for a total of €13. Pretty decent for a nice shady spot for an afternoon drink :)

Unfriendly staff and super slow service, do not let you use the toilet as a guest (said they don’t have a toilet)

We ordered 2 bottles of beer on the hotel terrace. Both bottles arrived already open. One of the bottles was not full and the beer was stale. The waitress insisted both bottles had been freshly opened. Decide yourself by the photo. Impertinence pure!

We tried out the restaurant of the hotel which is accessible to anyone from the streets, and it was a disaster. We only wanted to grab a drink, so I ordered a lemonade, which turned out to be pure lemon juice, without any water in it. We also ordered two beers, they both arrived already open. Although they were of the same brand, they had a different taste, suggesting that they had opened it inside to switch the content with cheaper beer before they brought it to us. In addition one of the bottles had less beer in it than the other. I have no experience with the hotel itself but guessing from the restaurant it's definately not a place I'd be keen on staying at.

The hake was poorly seasoned as was the rice and salad. The only plus is that the hake is juicy and relatively cheap. Yummy dessert.

Room was relatively nice, lacking selection at breakfast but it did change day to day. They have a GREAT laundry service where you fill a designated bag for €5 and you get it back the next morning through house cleaning. We honestly expected to get our clothing back just shoved back into the bag or roughly folded but everything was folded and packed into the bag nicely and they even matched our socks together. Great price for a stress-free laundry service. Only problem is the difficult locks and the noise. Even when all the windows are closed you can still hear the people on the street talking, there is no significant difference between closed and open so it’s hard to say if the windows are not sound proof or if the outer walls are too thin. The bells ring every hour which did wake us up multiple times but that’s gonna be a problem anywhere you stay in old town, if you need quiet or are a light sleeper anywhere in old town is a bad choice, they can be heard everywhere inside and even a few blocks outside of old town.

Gute Lage, freundliche Rezeptionistin.
Das ist aber das einzig Positive was es zu diesem Hotel zu sagen gibt….
Ansonsten alt, laut, klein und ohne jeglichen Charme…

Hotel pięknie położony na starym mieście i to jest duży plus choć ma tez swoje minusy np hałas bo stare miasto żyje również w nocy:)
Pokoje wyposażone podstawowo, przydałby się czajnik bezprzewodowy.
Śniadania mogłyby być bardziej urozmaicone.
Pokoje słabo wygłuszone, słychać co się dzieje w pokojach obok.
Ogólnie oceniam na plus.

The only good thing about this place is the location which is in the heart of Old town. Rooms are old, they gave us a room in the attic instead a proper one we booked on airbnb. AC was not working in heating mode in December and our request to help fix it was ignored. Breakfast not fresh, colg eggs and uneatable french toast.
Try to avoid.

Rezervisali smo sobu za dvoje preko Airbnb sajta. U ponudi su fotografije soba koju NISU na trecem spratu. Veoma je nekorektno da za sobu na trecem spratu, sa zidnom kosinom, pokvarenom klimom i malim prozorm koji gleda na susjednu zgradu naplatite nesto sto niste realno prikazali. U sobi i u hodniku se osjeca hrana iz kuhinje.
Za doruckom je sve bilo hladno, przenice tvrde i ledene, palacinke…
Ne mozete izdavati za ovaj novac sobe sa ovakvom uslogom! Osjecamo se prevareno.

Lokacija u uličicama starog grada. Hotel ne odiše nekom prostranošću ali je sve uredno spakovano . Doručak vrlo pristojan , bez primedbe, recepcija uredna , sobe doduše malo demode sa nameštajem ali su o.k, bez većih primedbi. Nije skup shodno lokaciji. Osoblje prijatno nasmejano i bitan detalj hotela .Preporuka.

Stopped here to have some breakfast after an early hike up the fortress. The place looked very charming and nicely situated on small square just besides a cathedral. They had a few tables outside and I decided to sit down. They served me breakfast and very nice coffee and didn’t want any payment ????????‍♂️ Even though I presumed it is because breakfast service is for guests only still they were very kind and breakfast and service was excellent. I was told I can pay next time I come to Kotor . Amazing gesture and very nice little boutique hotel.

Wenn man mal so richtig schlecht essen möchte und Lust dabei auf billigsten frittierten Fisch hat, sollte man hier essen ????????
Den einen Stern gibt es für die Tomatensuppe, die war gut.

Dormir en este hotel es misión imposible, por la noche las ventanas no están insonorizadas y el ruido de las discotecas y de las personas que gritan en la calle en la madrugada impiden dormir. Para colmo si por el día quieres dormir una siesta no podrás, porque preparan un helado donde utilizan unas cuchillas golpeándose a toda velocidad contra una chapa, ese ruido retumbaba en toda la habitación. No pude descansar.

La comida y el desayuno está bien pero el zumo de polvos es asqueroso. El personal muy amable y el hotel muy céntrico.

Localisation excellente dans la vieille ville. Chambres petites, petit déjeuner simples mais correct, staff sympa. Il a une petite esplanade pour manger ou boire un apéro.
