Un petit hôtel situé juste face à la mer. Les chambres sont simples et très propres avec douches. Certaines sont dotées d'un balcon avec vue sur la mer et Dobrota, de l'autre côté des bouches de Kotor. Le petit déjeuner est servi sur la terrasse du restaurant qui propose une bonne cuisine locale depuis plus de 40 ans. La plage est agréable à 2 minutes de l'établissement, tout comme les points d'amarrage pour les bateaux. Possibilité de transfert depuis l'aéroport, la marina et la gare des bus. L'hôtel organise aussi des excursions sur demande.

On the down side, the owner took our passports and gave it back only an hour later and because we asked. She then checked it thoroughly for the airport stamping. I didn't really understand the purpose of this check. It never happened to me at any hotel.
All the guest rooms are at the second floor and there are four staircases to climb without an elevator. No one offered help with our luggage, and it was difficult to get them up.
The room itself is kind of an attic. I hit my head several times at the diagonal ceiling when entering the room from the bathroom. The bathroom is so tiny that there is even no space where to hang the towel and no real door to close, just a curtain.
The porch is tiny. Only a single person can sit at a chair.
The hotel itself is not directly next to the lake, but a second row to the lake
