Junior Suite groß und geräumig, jedoch wird auf Sauberkeit und Komfort keinen großen Wert gelegt ????. Statt gebuchter Terrasse, nur 2 kleine Balkons, Frühstück übersichtlich, Ameisen liefen über die Brötchen????, zuviel Geld, für zuwenig Leistung.
Semmi nem akadálymentes a liften kivül.
- Our room smelled heavily of cigarettes the entire stay. We told the front desk multiple times and they kept telling us they would fix it but nothing changed.
- Our refrigerator wasn’t working at all.
- Our room had no hand soap or shampoo when we arrived.
- Air conditioning broken, making clicking sounds and turning off randomly.
- Our toilet had issues and kept running throughout the night.
- Multiple wall outlets were not working in the room.
- The coffee machines were always broken, this caused huge lines at breakfast each day.
- Breakfast always ran out of options, and was generally understaffed.
- No bowls / plates at breakfast, tables always dirty.
- Very undercooked eggs / pancakes multiple times.
- Food at breakfast looked old and clearly reused from the previous day. Sausages had paper wrapping on them making us sick.
- One of the most disappointing breakfasts I've had at a resort. I could only stomach the bread and eggs, everything else was near inedible and I am absolutely not a picky eater.
- Walking to the ocean was a 6 minute ordeal down broken steps with sharp edges. We both tripped multiple times.
- The ocean view obstructed by new construction.
- No beach area for guests, loungers cost extra money. The staff literally said “you can just lay in the sand” as a solution.
The only thing we liked about this hotel was the view from our room and the staff were generally quite professional and kind. Everything else was a disappointment especially at this price point ($200 per night). We will not be returning.
Edit: updated to a 1 star review after their customer service refuses to even talk to me about this after the fact. I’m seeing many older reviews with the same problem so this must be how they run their business.

خدمه تنظيف الغرف ما يغيرون الفوط لازم تطلب منهم عشان يغيرونها الشاطئ الخاص بالفندق يحتاج امشي مسافه خمس دقائق لاكنها درج
الفطور ما اعجبنا ( الناس اذواق ) الواي فاي كان سريع بصراحه????وايضا قريب من البلده القديمه ????????
Sve od pocetka je bilo lose organizirano ali smo mi se potrudili da to sve zanemarimo.
Od pocetka smo se zalili na samu sobu,odbili su promjeniti,i odjednom na tom istom katu nije bilo kamera.
Policija je odradila svoj dio posla,i jasno je vidljivo da je u tom periodu ulazilo osoblje čistoće.
Najzalije od svega sto nadležni nisu imali ni razumjevanje ni potrebe olakšati nam boravak u samom hotelu, te su nas uvjeravali da smo potpisali na samom ulazu da nisu odgovorni,ali nama je izdan samo račun.Nisu niti pokušali ispraviti nesto,te nam je samo preostalo da odemo prije vremena jer se nismo osjećali ni ugodno a ni sigurno.
A štetu naravno nisu nadoknadili,iako smo mi svoj boravak platili pri samom dolasku.
U ovom hotelu jedino imam pohvalu za osoblje iz Lobby bara i za recepciju,jer su makar imali razumijevanja za situaciju u kojoj smo se nasli.
Jako tuzno i sramotno za jedan hotel,a pogotovo jer moram svoj godisnji trošiti na stres,boravljenje po policiji,i pisanje negativnih recenzija,..
Jer glavni u hotelu ne žele rijesiti problem.Sada ćete ,nazalost direktore biti prisiljeni ovakve stvari citati svaki dan.
A po glasinama iz hotela,vjerujem da ih bude puno vise!
