First of all, when I first came to the hotel, I thought it was a nice hotel. However, due to some problems, I have to give the hotel a 1 score. Just because we arrived at the hotel 4-5 minutes late, they did not let us into the dining hall and take them out some of our friends out of the dining hall. As for the rooms, the toilet is not working, there is no hot water, the pillows smell bad and the beds are dirty. They told us that this was a nice hotel, but it was not like that at all!

Pronto turla yaptoğımız Balkan seyahatinde akşam saat 19:55 de girdiğimiz otelde restaurant a 20:02 de topluca girerken yemek saatinin 20:00 de bittiğini söyleyip aramızda çocuklarında olduğu 40 kişilik grubumuza yemek vermediler. Uluslararası misafirlere yapılan bu muamele çok doğru değildi. Pronto tur bu durumu hemen telafi edip dışarıda topluca yemeğimizi yedik. Odalar büyüktü fakat bazı odalarda çarşaf temizliğinde sorun olduğu söylendi. En önemlisi kaldığımız A blokda sıcaksu yoktu. Sabah kahvaltısı bu denli büyük bir tesis için oldukça yetersizdi. Hiçbir şekilde tekrar gitmem ve gidilmesinide tavsiye etmem.

At the hotel we came to with a tour, we were not allowed to eat even though dinner time was not over, the doors were locked. There is no hot water for showering and the pillows are quite dirty.

We came from Turkey on a tour. When we went to the restaurant, they first asked us to wear wristbands. Then they locked the doors behind us and told us that dinner time was over. A hotel that treats its guests like this will negatively affect the tourism of its country.

From all our staying there for 12 days i can say only the cleaning staff was helpful and very nice and kind young grils.

Otherwise, rooms for the price we paid was just ok. There were no blankets or duvets even in the raining days when temperatures for 2 days went down to 10 degrees, they didn't provides us anything, even upon our request ( because we had a small child with us) .
The food was not very fresh.
Th worse was the management, very rude and arrogant people. This was our first and last time in Ulqin. I would
Not recommend to anyone.

Terrible experience! Paid so much money for nothing. We chose to celebrate the new year at their resort and they provided nothing they advertised. No jacuzzi, spa and dirty inside pool. Awful service, mean waiters. Drinks like you are eating at takeaway not a resort. Serving food at coffee tables. Never choose this!!

By far was the worst hotel I have ever visited! Never would give 4 stars, maybe 2 stars. We are here at then end of the season, November with a tour. Almost all the people were dissatisfied. The rooms are not clean, and the drain of the bathroom is stinking. Food is not good. No place to go. There is no indoos gym. Also the hygiene is very weak. No outdoor pool open. Breakfast is so poor. Although we have paid for half pension, we go out of the hotel to eat. So how do you call this place a 4-star hotel?

Very nice resort and such a nice staff.. the receptionists and barmens were very helpful.. food was amazing in all the restaurants.. the entire resort has excellent internet coverage and good internet speed..
The rooms are kept very clean..

Wij zaten in de premium lokatie. Dat is echt een aanrader! Eten is echt elke dag hetzelfde. Zo jammer. Na een week wil je wel weg van deze plek. Zeker zo aan het eind van de vakantie.
Je kan zeker langs het strand wandelen.

Bij aankomst zaten er vlekken in het beddengoed, en waren de wc bril en airco kapot. Vrouw achter de balie luisterde nauwelijks naar het probleem voor ze het gesprek al afkapte. Andere gasten ervaarden dit probleem niet. Dus dit was mogelijk gewoon pech hebben. Er lagen glasscherven in het zwembad waardoor mijn partner zijn teen open heeft gehaald. De badwacht heeft deze ontsmet en voor ons verbonden. Vooraf aangegeven dat ik een melkallergie(geen lactose intolerantie) had en geen melk kon eten. De keuze is elke dag tussen fruit, sla en vlees. Er lopen veel zwerfdieren met vlooien en schurft op het terrein. Deze zijn wel.erg vriendelijk, en totaal niet schuw. Vanuit het hotel kun je direct in een taxi stappen en de omgeving verkennen. Er zijn diverse uitjes die zeker de moeite waard zijn in de omgeving, buiten loop afstand. Al met al zou ik het hotel niet adviseren

I had a very good time at the hotel, because of the peaceful view and the food. The quality manager Wander was open for suggestions. For me that was a big plus. And the service of miss Tanja at the reception was fenomenal.
There is a big chance you will see again next year.

Tiere in der Decke , klang wie kleine Vögel oder Mäuse, Ab 8Uhr Beschallung am Pool wrahalb niemand in der Anlage ist. Liegen Am Dtand sind zu bezahlen !!
Essen nix für Westeuropa. Das kann man sich echt sparen. Personal unqualifiziert ,liegt z.T. wenn es frei hat am Pool.

Pobyt s malými vnukmi poloha vedľa pláže, tiché, doprava na stravu vozikmi bola pre deti zážitkom, ceny veľmi príjemné niečo viac niečo menej ako na Slovensku, kvalita primerana, výlet večer do mesta s deťmi nemožné pre dopravu, chodci predbiehali autá, na pláži každých 100 m reštaurácia výber dobrý a aj ceny. Fotky zariadenia zodpovedajú realite.

Je suis assez déçus de mon séjour, les chambre n'était pas trés propre, ont y trouve different insecte, pour une demi pension un petit déjeuner trés limité, un diner peut varier soit pattes et charcuterie tout les soirs, aucune boisson comprise dans li diner, la seul chose qui est correcte est l'emplacement, sinon trés cher payer pour ce que c'est...

We arrived without any plans, luckily we found this friendly place. They have bungalows maybe 50-75 meters from the beach that you can walk to. Their main building is further away from the beach where you'll have breakfast, lunch or dinner, they have golf carts that they can take you to and from with, so no need to worry about walking. The bungalow is very neat and the room service is great as well. I really recommend this place for anybody that doesn't want to worry about where their stay in this area will be, or for anybody looking to stay as close as possible to the beach.

Wir haben super schöne Tage verbracht. Danke Imperial Hotel. Alle sind darauf bedacht guten Service zu leisten und sind sehr freundlich. Schade, dass die warmen speisen zum Abendessen kalt waren. Vielleicht besser auf die Wärme Haltung achten. Aber sonst top.
