I was here to have a dinner with groups of my guests few times during summer. We ordered food in advance, following guests' wishes and special requests (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free food etc), and everything was delicious, ready on time and not very expensive at the same time. Staff is so friendly, professional and they speak English fluently, so my guests were very satisfied after visiting this place. Hotel is located in a quiet countryside area, just few kilometers from town center, with a plenty of parking space, nice meadows and kids playground around, so it is perfect getaway from city crowds for all kind of travelers. Highly recommended!

Very good and comfy hotel to stay in.
Environment is very beautiful, lots of outdoor places to sit and relax.
Rooms are big and clean.
Food is ok.
But the true Gem is Pavle. Pavle was so nice, helpful, kind, and a good conversation partner which made our time wonderful.
He was available at all time and supplied everything we needed.

Defiantly recommended hotel.

Très bel hôtel, rien à redire, le confort des chambres, l'accueil, la propreté, le cadre, le restaurant, tout est parfait, avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix.

We visited polar star only to use their sauna and it was amazing. You have to book it in 1 hour advance so they can heat up. It was clean and cozy. They had everything needed from towels ,changing room,shower. After sauna we had dinner there as a buffet. The food was fresh and tasty. Highly recommend!

Nous avons été au spa avec une amie (accessible pour les personnes qui ne sont pas clients de l'hôtel).
Le personnel a été plus que gentil, agréable, à l'écoute, ne manquant pas de nous transmettre toutes les informations possibles et d'être arrangeant !
Le tarif est plus qu'abordable !
Mention particulière pour le jeune homme à l'accueil !

Nie byliśmy gośćmi, ale skorzystaliśmy z sauny. To jedyny hotel z sauna w okolicy otwarta również dla gości spoza hotelu. Godzina sauny suchej (wewnętrznej) dla dwóch osób to koszt 20 euro. Zewnętrznej suchej - 40 euro dla dwóch osób. Obsługa hotelu jest bardzo miła, bardzo sprawnie odpowiada na Messenger i mówi po angielsku. Dziękujemy!

המלון עצמו מיושן.תחזוקה גרועה.
ארוחת בוקר מפנקת ועשירה,למזמינים, ארוחת הערב בסדר גמור..כולל כשיש מזנון במחיר שווה.

Very expressive for what you get.
The "sauna is included but they say you should bookd it in atvance
I will never come again just because that we pay 90 euro for one small room with not air-conditioning and the mini fridge it was not working

We didn't stay here but thought I would add a review to say it is open to non residents for dinner. We had the buffet which was nice and good value. Staff friendly. Nice resident doggies.

Basic hotel met ruime kamer, ontbijtbuffet en mogelijk om 's avonds in het restaurant te eten (best reserveren in drukke periode), zeer vriendelijk personeel, behulpzaam. Verwacht geen grote luxe maar wel degelijkheid en basis comfort. Zeker aanrader voor gezinnen met kinderen.

Rooms are not clean well, very old furniture, smelly bathroom, breakfast below average, and the worst thing is the elevator is not working sometimes!!

Lage ist super, ein bisschen außerhalb, ruhig, tolle Landschaft. Personal total freundlich, gutes Service, sehr gutes Englisch. Zimmer sauber, groß, Ausstattung passt. Einziges Manko ist das Buffet am Abend, das wird dem sonstigen guten Niveau einfach nicht gerecht - ich würde empfehlen, a la carte zu essen, eine Klasse besser! Preis/Leistung ist in jedem Fall sehr gut. Frühstücksbuffet ist recht ok, deftig, aber viel und lecker ????. Kaffee vom Automaten leider ???????? Weinkarte sehr gut, umfangreich und günstig! Wir waren auch in der Sauna, im Preis enthalten, ????. Wir waren im Sommer, zum Wandern. Top Location, absolute Empfehlung!
