Worst stay ever in my life. When we arrived for the check-in, the reception was closed so we had to look around the premise for a staff. We found someone at the restaurant so we asked her about the check-in. She took us to the reception, gave us no information apart from the fact that we had to deposit 10 euros for air con remote then just took us to the room (she got the room number but didn’t even know where the room located in the hotel so we had to walk around to almost every room) . On the check out day, we relied on the previously given information (which is 11.00) as we didn’t get any specific information about the check out time during our check in. At 10.24, a lady came knocking really loudly on the door and shouted at us to leave. My boyfriend tried to explain that we read on the booking website that the check out time is 11 and she just kept shouting “just leave now”.

The owner also sent a text to threaten us via the booking website to not write a bad review without any apologize given on how we were treated. In the text that he sent to threaten us, he mentioned that he “even” offered free wifi but in fact there was no connection in the room. My boyfriend told the owner and he just took him to the router and said “see there’s a wifi”. He also called me rude because I didn’t smile and say thank you to them during check out process after we were yelled at to leave and still didn’t get any apologize after explaining that it’s not our fault the staff didn’t give us the proper check out time information.

His reply towards my complain about the reception was they are 3 stars hotel so they can’t have someone stand by at the reception 24h and waiting for 10 mins is not a crime . We waited almost 20 mins and would not get checked in if we didn’t actively searching for someone around the premise. No apologize was said once in his reply only excuses and blaming.

And like all other bad reviews you read here, everything was true. If you were skeptical like us when reading the reviews (because they are really mixed), trust the reviews.

Ho passato 4 giorni fantastici di relax in compagnia di bellissima gente, personale cordiale e gentile, ottima cucina, location da favola e ampi spazi tra natura silenziosa ed accogliente. I bambini super felici di tuffarsi nella meravigliosa piscina e giocare liberamente. Il ristorante è situato in terrazza con vista panoramica sul lago di Varano. I piatti cucinati con cura e attenzione con un servizio eccellente da parte del personale di sala. La posizione comodissima a pochi minuti di distanza dal mare. Consiglio a tutti!

Esperienza straordinaria, location davvero invidiabile, accoglienza come poche oltre ad una qualità del servizio e del cibo al top! Complimenti allo staff. Consigliatissimo.

La stradina che porta all’ agriturismo non è meravigliosa ma una volta arrivati il posto, la vista ripaga di tutto. Immerso nella natura. Una bella piscina. Si mangia bene, menù fisso anche se un pochino fuori prezzo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ci vorrebbe un pochino più cura per alcuni dettagli. Suggerisco ai proprietari di organizzare meglio con alcune accortezze in più :uno stendino nelle camere per appendere
almeno i costumi, una presa schuko per il phon presente in camera, tappetino per la doccia, e aggiungere le lampadine alle abat-jour. Le stanze sono ampie e molto pulite. La nostra con una bellissima vista. La sera potete godere di un fantastico tramonto. Grazie comunque a Pasquale e Daniela e al piccolo grande Vincenzo!
