Quiet small hotel, easy to reach from train station. Large, comfortable room, good breakfast. Friendly and informative staff. Close to city center and sights.

Great location, quiet yet canal facing, 10 minutes walk to all the central attractions, very close to the train station, neat and clean family friendly rooms and friendly staff. Will surely be coming back!

Stayed here for 2 nights in Feb. Paid for parking with them, it was a little walk but well worth it to be able to park the van undercover there and forget about it while we explored Bruges on foot. Welcome in the hotel was exceptional. Rooms were clean and well presented. Will definitely be returning.

Хороший отель, в спокойном месте на берегу канала. В отдалении от толп туристов, но при этом недалеко от центра города. Все в пешей доступности. Завтрак не впечатлил, выбор не особо большой, хотя наестся можно без проблем. Есть парковка при отеле, цена 20 евро за сутки. В целом рекомендую.

We had a canal view room and you can’t beat the ambience and views. The mattress and pillows weren’t all that comfortable but everything else about the room was great. Good size, fridge, table with chairs. Staff were very friendly.

Goed hotel, dichtbij het centrum van Brugge. Mooie, schone kamer. Enige nadeel is dat de badkamerdeur is gemaakt van glas.

Ενώ το σημείο είναι ιδανικό, προκειμένου να έχεις γρήγορη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της Βρύγης, υπάλληλοι στην υποδοχή είναι φιλική και εξυπηρετικοί, η καθαριότητα ήταν ανύπαρκτη διότι την έχουνε δώσει σε εταιρεία ιδιωτική. Επιπλέον, τις τελευταίες δύο μέρες είχαμε διαρκής παρενόχληση από κλάματα μωρού, από το παρακείμενο διαμέρισμα, με αποτελέσμα να μην μπορούμε να κοιμηθούμε στις 5:00 το πρωί και κατόπιν. Δεν το προτείνω για τετράστερο ξενοδοχείο.

Chegamos no hotel fomos bem recepcionados, apesar de roupas minhas terem sumido dentro do quarto onde estávamos, a pessoa que pegou achou que não fosse dar falta , eram roupas que tinha acabado de comprar e estavam na etiqueta e pijamas meus. Complicado você ter que sair e não poder deixar suas roupas dentro do guarda roupa, pq alguém da limpeza pode levar. Foi um aprendizado, pq quando for fazer outra viagem vou fechar minha mala quando sair do quarto ou seja, trancar no cadeado. Por esse motivo vou dar 3 estrela ao serviço.

Absolute gem. This place is perfectly situated to access the main part of town as you take a 10-12 minute walk along the beautiful canal. Anne in the hotel was so friendly and very welcoming. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The best nights sleep. The room was spacious and clean and perfect for 4 of us, two teenage sons. Breakfast was simple but delicious. The pictures below show the view from our room and the canal walk next to our hotel.

İlk kez bu kadar kaba ve saygısız bir personel ile karşılaştım. Kış bahçesindeki küçük kahvaltı salonuna ek olarak Otel lobisine sofra kurulmuş ve insanlar orada kahvaltı ediyorken bir adım ötedeki koltuğa çayımızı alarak geçtik diye sorumlu kişi bardakları toplarken bize saygısızlar diyerek defalarca hakaret etti. Bütün yemekleri de almışsınız dedi. Bardakları her kahvaltıdan sonra aşırı gürültülü bir biçimde üst üste koyarak tavırlı biçimde bizi rahatsız ederek topladı. Diğer bir görevli kadın ise Sesleri bile çıkmayan üç çocuğumuzun yere yanlışlıkla döktüğü üç damla sütü görmedik diye bize hesap sordu. Onlar çocuk, normal, dediğimiz halde hayır normal değil deyip sinirli sinirli yeri peçete ile sildi. Biz üç aile, çocukları sakin, sessiz, kendi halimizde olduğumuz halde kendimizi sürekli bir yanlış yapıyormuş da azar işitecekmişiz gibi hissettik. Kahvaltı alanında 2 ve 3 kişilik küçük ve kısıtlı masalar bulunduğu halde 9 kişi aynı masada oturmamız söylendi. Kendimizi tatilde değil sert kuralların olduğu bir okul kampındaki çocuklar gibi hissettik. Çocuklarımız su almaya, birşey yemeye bile çekinerek geçirdi zamanını. Çok üzüldüler ve hepimiz bu duruma bir anlam veremedik. Sanki kavga etmek, sataşmak için yer arıyor gibiydiler. Onca ülkede, onca otelde konakladık ama bunun gibi bir muamele hiç görmemiştik. Kimseye tavsiye etmem. Problem ettikleri kahvaltı masalarıyla lobi koltuğunun durduğu yerin fotoğrafını ekliyorum. Zaten bizim için sorun olan uyarması değil, saldırırcasına hakaret etmesiydi. Tatil boyunca gerildik ve huzurumuz kaçtı. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum.

This is the first time I have encountered such a rude and disrespectful person. In addition to the small breakfast room in the winter garden, a table was set up in the hotel lobby and while people were having breakfast there, the person in charge insulted us by calling us disrespectful while collecting the glasses because we took our tea to the seat one step away. You said you ate all the food. We were annoyed by his excessive behavior of changing glasses after breakfast. Another woman in charge called us to account for not taking care of the three drops accidentally spilled on the ground by her three children, who were not even loud enough to raise their voices. Even though we said "they are children, it's normal", she said "no, it's not normal" and wiped her face angrily. We three families, their children are calm, quiet, in our own situation, we constantly feel like we are doing something wrong and will be scolded. While there are small and limited tables for 2 and 3 people in the breakfast area, 9 people were sitting at the same table. We feel like children in a school camp with harsh rules, not on vacation. It took time for our children to start taking water, just shy of anything. They were very upset and we all couldn't understand this situation. They seem like a place for fighting and teasing. We've stayed in so many countries, but we've never been treated like this. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I'm attaching photos of where the question includes the breakfast tables and lobby seating. The problem for us was not her warning, but her aggressive insult. We were tense and uneasy throughout the holiday. It is never recommended.
