We reserved a superior room and apparently there was a problem and we got a standard room.. to resolve the problem, the lady working in the hotel offered us the breakfast for free for the 3 days we were staying in the Hotel and also she bought us some nice chocolates!
The breakfast was very good, we loved it! The room was a bit small but is a standard one, cleaning was good. The location is also a plus, you can find everything nearby. We recommend this hotel!

Great historic hotel in the heart of Brugge, the staff was incredibly kind and more than happy to share their favourite things to do in the area! We were able to leave our bags for the day as we got in early and it's also 10-15 minutes from the train station which was lovely. One call-out is that there are only stairs which was fine as we only had duffels and backpacks, but could be challenging if you have larger luggage - will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Brugge!

I can write a lot about this hotel, but to summarize it in one sentence, a hotel like this suits the wonderful city. If you want to enhance your Bruges experience, you should definitely stay in this historical hotel. It is definitely preferred with its staff, cleanliness and security.

Small room at the last floor- don’t go for the standard room- not for the tall people.

Incredibly basic rooms, which look nothing like those advertised on the properties website. Would not stay again when there are better places in Bruges. Breakfast was also very basic.

Hotel molto carino, con prezzi corretti e a pochi passi dal centro di Bruges.
La signora è stata molto carina e gentile; inoltre lascia gratuitamente bevande calde sempre a disposizione del cliente in un’angolo della saletta per la colazione.
Le camere hanno tutto il necessario e sono molto accoglienti. In più noi eravamo all’ultimo piano e avevamo una vista super romantica sulla cattedrale.
Colazione bella abbondante, varia e golosa che vale tutti i 15€ spesi.
Davvero un ottimo hotel, consigliatissimo.

Super verblijf gehad! Nette en ruime kamer. Erg vriendelijke gastvrouw. Ontbijt was heerlijk, met alles erop en eraan. Keuze was reuze. Locatie is in het centrum, alles was goed bereikbaar te voet.

Hotel antiguo, los pisos rechinan pero en general muy bien. La ubicación es inmejorable, la habitación es de buen tamaño y el baño es amplio (mido 1,86 por lo que lo agradezco)

Lovely historic inn, located in the heart of the medieval section. Nice clean (small) rooms, super nice staff, and great breakfast. Plus free coffee, tea and hot chocolate all day. Just a 15 minute walk or bus ride to the train station. Note: no lift and the wifi is weak in the rooms, but fine in the lobby. Otherwise perfect!
