Hotel zit recht tegenover een jeugd hostel. Muziek tot diep in de nacht. Een van de weinige plekken in Brugge met zoveel overlast. Kozijnen isoleren precies 0 geluid.

Excellent location with parking. Beautiful lobby with a vintage opulent vibe. Our room was not in the main building, small, no view and no AC. Better choices are available.

Nice cosy hotel

Great hotel for a visit to Amsterdam. Not in the centre but away enough to be quieter but also an easy bus ride into Central. Staff couldn’t do more to help ! Thank you.

Rien à dire, super hôtel très propre magnifiquement beau, très bel emplacement avec un personnel à l'écoute et compétents. Sans parler du petit-déjeuner très copieux, frais, avec un choix que ce soit sucré comme salé. En bref on refera cet Hôtel sans hésiter.

I did make a booking on 7th March evening for one night on 9th March through Booking.com, This was for a weekend trip from London with Eurotunnel ( Le shuttle). Yes, the booking was non refundable. On 8th of March my car got broken , so it meant that i could neither take Eurotunnel train nor go to this hotel to stay. I have contacted to Hotel if they would waive the cancellation fee under this circumstances. They declined. I know they have a right to do this but this booking is for a off peak travel time, they still have the same deal on their website. I think it is greedy and doesn't suit a hotel which would care for its customers. But anyways, I definitely would not consider them next time i go to Brugge . The judgement is for the readers :-)

A fantastic quality spa hotel in the centre of Bruges is exactly what I wanted, and Dukes Archer did not disappoint. We chose the royal suite and it was perfect.. the hotel staff were absolutely fantastic from start to finish catering to our needs with politeness and professionalism. We even were allocated parking which I did not expect. Bruges is one of my favourite cities in the world, and this hotel is definitely a top choice for anybody, wanting a relaxing adults only atmosphere. I would recommend Dukes Arches and I will definitely be staying again.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at your establishment and would like to address specific points.

Upon check-in, I was informed that the premium room I had reserved was not ready, which I understood and accepted. However, I was surprised to notice that during the same process, my brother, who registered after me and booked a lower-category room, received his room immediately, along with detailed instructions to explore the city.

While waiting in the hotel lounge with my husband, I assumed my brother would also come to wait with us. Upon realizing he wasn’t with us, I went to the reception to inquire about his whereabouts. At that moment, the receptionist first expressed surprise and asked if we were together. Later, she informed me that he had already entered his room.

The situation became more perplexing when, subsequently, requesting a room with separate beds for my brother, I was assigned his room, despite having booked a premium room, and my brother had paid for a lower-category room.

When I consulted with another receptionist, I was assured that all rooms were premium, including my brother’s. To avoid causing inconvenience to my brother, I did not pursue the complaint at the reception.

Furthermore, I observed that other guests who arrived after me were welcomed with a welcome cocktail. This added to the extended wait, negatively impacting my experience, especially considering that my husband wasn’t feeling well and needed to rest in the room. However, we could only access our room when my brother requested a switch to a room with separate beds.

This lack of coordination in guest registration further contributed to the confusion and negatively affected my experience at your hotel. As a customer, I am disappointed, feeling that the expectations for reserving a premium room were not met.

Très bel hôtel, personnel sympathique et petit déjeuner au top.

Fijn hotel. Mooie kamer. Compleet ontbijt. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben gedineerd in het andere Dukes hotel. Een aanrader.

Nice location. Rooms on top are interesting, logs are lying inside the room and give historical appearance. Only absence of standing douche is minus. Overall was happy with appliances.

Hôtel cosy, confortable et très agréable. Calme malgré la rue passante avec un personnel au petit soin et d'une gentillesse irréprochable. Les petits déjeuner sont délicieux et de qualité, le choix est au rendez vous même a la fin du service.
Les massages sont parfaits je regrette juste que le hammam et le sauna disfonctionne le temps de notre sejour

Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel !! Les personnes à la réception sont très gentilles et tout à fait disposées à répondre à vos questions. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie très confortable et les salles de bains très bien équipées. L'hôtel est dotée d'un spa, nous avons pu profiter du sauna un petit moment. Même si celui-ci est petit, il est peu fréquenté donc c'est agréable. Petit déjeuner plus que complet, il conviendra autant aux fans de sucré que de salé et le buffet est réapprovisionné très souvent.

It's a wonderful hotel right in the heart of things, yet still quiet enough that you feel rested. There's a nice spa / sauna in the basement, and a great breakfast each morning. We checked in with Catherine (I believe that was her name) and she went over-the-top providing us all the information we could need, answering all our questions, and even offering her own suggestions. It was great! The rooms are tiny, but that's no big deal. Everything was great and we'd definitely stay there again!

Gewoon top. Elk detail was perfect. Alles wat je verwachtte van een 4 sterren hotel was aanwezig. Ontbijt was zeer ruim en snel bijgevuld. De kamers zijn zeer schoon en hebben alles wat je nodig hebt. De wellness (sauna en stoomkamer) was verzorgd, en rustgevend. Een persoonlijke notitie bij de inkom van mijn kamer, en geweldig personeel. Bedankt Thomas en collega's voor de uitstekende service. Mocht ik nog een keer in Brugge verblijven, weet ik waar dit zal zijn.????????

Superior rooms are much smaller than in the booking description

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce bel hôtel très bien placé. Nous avons aimé le petit-déjeuner et profité du spa. Chambre exécutive confortable avec belle hauteur sous plafond mais dans l'ensemble manque de chaleur et de petites attentions (même pas de bouteille d'eau offerte ou de chocolat sur l'oreiller par exemple). Salle de bains avec température bain et douche très difficile à régler. Rideaux pas totalement ocxultants. Mais ce qui nous a vraiment gêné c'est le concert dans le pub en face le vendredi soir jusque très tard dans la nuit, avec les gens qui crient dans la rue. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue et nous avons vraiment été dérangés par ce bruit. Dommage à ce niveau là.
