다른 분들의 후기들을 토대로 메뉴를 시켜봤는데 양도 많고 맛있었다. 미리 예약하고 갔으나 사람들이 너무 많아서 약간의 대기가 있었지만 전반적으로 직원분들은 친절했다.

I've been going to Musso and Frank occasionally for about 40 years now.
I went last week again. I always order the Sand Dabs and baked potato. Usually they just melt in your mouth but this time they were really chewy and not very good.
When I asked for the check I told my waiter Chris
That the Sand Dabs were not very good and please pass my comments on to the Chef.
I did not ask for anything.
Chris came back to me and asked me if I would like a dessert on the house. I said yes. I would like the Creme Brulee . I've had it many times before and it is the best ever.
Needless to say I was very happy with Chris and his generous offer.
I will of course go back again and order the same thing again. The Sand Dabs.

This place is great experience eveytime. However it used to be better when they would have large french double cut lamb chops that were cooked to perfection. They were the best i have ever had. Everyone I have gone with has said the same. They need to bring them back,

I was honestly expecting a tourist trap, bad food, rushed service. Boy was I wrong! This was the best meal we had in LA and honestly the best prime rib I have had in ages, if not ever. They know how to cook meat. They understand it needs to be thick and succulent to get a proper cook. The onion soup was perfect. The lamb chops, which we were lucky to get, were cooked beautifully medium rare with mint jelly and a mint peppercorn sauce. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. My mother was very interested in the old Hollywood feel and he was able to give her tidbits about several stars of interest. The ambiance is perfect. I highly recommend a visit here. Especially if you are looking for meat and/or hard to find items on a menu.

Hemos cenado estupendamente. La comida excelente. La única "pega" es que el restaurante no pudiera contactar con un taxi, nos quedamos sin coche... Volvimos andando a casa ????

One of the oldest restaurants in LA, and the legend is palpable as you walk in. Service is excellent. Food is fine. Some desserts were great, others fine. Expensive. Worth it once for the experience.

Walked into a time warp. Arrived a little early and headed to the bar. It was 3 deep, to get a drink, but was served in a few minutes.
Was taken to the table, and greeted by the waiter, ordered the Baked Escargot appetizer, when they arrived, informed him that we were in no hurry to order dinner.
After enjoying the Escargot, we ordered dinner. I had the Scallops and a baked potato, my bride only wanted the French Onion soup, ( she don't eat much....LOL)
Everything was delicious, She raved it was the best French Onion soup she has had.
I can't think of changing anything. The ambiance, the atmosphere, and a very attentive waiter. Our next time in LA, this is a place we will be back to.

Back when Manny Felix and Endolpho worked, Manny seated Jeff Lynne and Ronnie Wood next to my usual seat at the counter.
Great place to dine.

We went here for our anniversary dinner on 3/29/2024 and it was phenomenal! The staff had a card for us for our anniversary and our amazing waiter, Jason, brought us a special dessert to celebrate our anniversary. Jason was a fantastic waiter!! He helped us figure out what we would like off the menu and continuously checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. All of the food was AMAZING! We had the Lyonnaise potatoes, filet, truffle mac and cheese, and spicy rigatoni vodka pasta. The sauce on the spicy rigatoni vodka was outstanding and might be some of the best spicy vodka sauce we have ever had in a pasta dish! The filet was incredibly tender and cooked to perfection. We also loved the truffle mac and cheese and the Lyonnaise potatoes! We had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary here and cannot wait to come back next time we are in town!

Finally came to check out this old Hollywood establishment!! Loved the decor and vibes reminds me of New York. From hosts to servers to kitchen crew, everyone is so warm and funny made us felt very welcomed. Definitely need to reserve ahead because I overheard they were all booked out and I assume that happens every night.

For food we got:
- Mussel’s special salad. Romaine and avocado in a creamy dressing. Delicious yet light.
- hubby got sand dab and loved it. Very flavorful I wish portion was a bit bigger
- I got ribeye cap as many reviews recommended. Did not disappoint! Was so tender and juicy. Love the jus too.
- Alfredo. They were so kind and split in two without us even asking. I gotta say I understand this is a classic and cult favorite but I guess just not for me. Still good but I wouldn’t order it again as I enjoyed the other entrees much more.
- New York cheese cake for dessert. This was the highlight of the night!! Our server said best NY cheesecake on the west coast and I was skeptical! But he was right!! It was so creamy and cheesy. Not overly sweet. I almost ate the whole thing by myself!

Drinks: I gotta try the classic dirty martini and hubby old fashioned. Both were great and the martini came with a mini carafe with extra for refill later so cute!

Our go-to place for birthdays! Great food and service and so much history around their food. We always have a great time here.

Underwhelming. Filet mignon was literally raw in middle and lacked any distinguishing qualities. Caesar salad was terrible. Sides were ok. Old fashioned was a complete disappointment. Went in with high hopes, left wishing we went somewhere else. Would not go back.

I had heard of this place for years, but never really understood how it would feel to be in such history. It really felt like old Hollywood. The waiter told us we were next to the booth where Charlie Chaplin often sat! The food was amazing! I had an Old Fashioned as a drink, thinking that was appropriate for where we were, and it was the smoothest I'd ever had! Highest recommendation!!

Musso & Frank Grill... an institution. After many visits to LA, I eventually found time to eat here. This place has much history and many stories to tell. The servers and assistants are professional and not over the top as might be expected. The food is good and not overpriced. Private booths, good food, good service, great history. So glad that I made the time to go.

The best. The best of the best. Keep in mind this is a steakhouse and although you could probably get by, maybe, with finding something satisfying here as a vegetarian, there is no way you would be ok as a vegan.

After the pandemic, the quality of service, food, and excellence verses price has gone down on everything that I know and love in Los Angeles (and, well, everywhere else too). Musso & Frank is the one exception to this rule. They are a wonderful place to experience a great meal and enjoy great service and great cocktails. And the value is still there. They charge a very reasonable price considering the quality of what you get *and* the legendary service you receive. Highly recommended!

PS: while the filet mignon is as good as the best of the best in the world—and I mean it, the whole world—if you want to split something get the prime rib. At 18oz and with a huge baked potato, you can *easily* share it with another person and even have leftovers. Once again, highly recommended

Well what can I say? It's Musso & Franks. The martini's and fettuccine are excellent. Get a seat at the grill and be amazed. Nice people.

Amamos la experiencia y también la comida. Creo que lo mejor de todo fue el servicio, el personal fue super amable y tuvimos una muy buena conversación con el encargado de la parrilla. Recomiendo!

A Hollywood classic restaurant with great wood fired steaks and a deep cut menus of some true old Hollywood staples. The sauerbraten of Wednesday nights is something my partner brings up regularly as a flavor thick with memories. Best martini I’ve ever had. The small martini glasses and iced miniature carafe are wonderful touches. The restaurant itself is like stepping back in time from the murals on the walls to the wooden booths, to the cabinets behind the bar.

Musso’s has become a must each time we visit my brother in LA. I had the bouillabaisse and moaned in delight with every bite. I love the old-style booths with buttoned leather benches and the real linen that sets Musso’s above today’s bare-table and paper napkins movement.

The service this time was absolutely outstanding, compared to a domineering, know-it-all server from our last visit.

A bit of back story: I’ve never complained to a manager about a member of their wait staff before but this fellow was so beyond the pale I felt management should know. My brother says he never saw that waiter again.

This illustrates just how much Musso’s cares about the quality of their service.
