The pizza with mortadella and pistachio was absolutely phenomenal. It doesn't look like it's on the regular menu but should be. Yum. The lasagne was good. Very hearty and filling. Similar to lasagne from Bologna but a little heavier. The carbonara, however, was not good. Broken scrambled eggs with smokey bacon. The flavor could possibly work but the texture ruined it. No chance to improve it because mine was the last order of the night. Couldn't judge until at home and disappointed. Went there at 8:40 expecting to dine in but could only order to go. Fridays and Saturdays should not have a close time of 9pm. I was looking forward to a glass or two of wine and some nice pasta but here is another early close establishment. Too bad. Please consider later hours on Friday and Saturday - most of the other establishments in the immediate area are open later.
I'll be back for that mortadella pizza again for sure and maybe the lasagne, but I hope the carbonara gets better and that the hours change.
