Avis THE WEST HOLLYWOOD EDITION Los Angeles

Overall, the West Hollywood Edition Hotel offers a mixed experience. While the location is favorable for rooms facing the back of the hotel, there are noticeable drawbacks. Our Loft Terrace room was impressive, large and clean, with beautiful long balcony and views of downtown LA and Beverly Hills contributing positively to the overall ambiance. The rooftop pool adds to the allure of the establishment. However, the service falls short of expectations, our room was not ready until 415pm, we did not receive turndown service and the room was missing robes, the valet team is solid though. The condition of the hallways is disappointing, with need for new flooring.
For those seeking a blend of location, aesthetics, and service, the West Hollywood Edition Hotel is a solid place but may not fully deliver on all fronts.

Disappointing experience. Carelessness and lack of attention to detail from certain staff. Unfortunately, I would not recommend and will not be returning.

Pulling into the hotel driveway, we were completely ignored by the valet staff who appeared to be chatting amongst themselves. After 5 minutes of sitting and waiting, we got out of the car to approach them and ask for help. They ushered us to move our car to a specific spot and brought out a cart for our belongings. Check in was a smooth process although the front desk staff clearly showed favor to certain guests by allowing them to cut the line of those of us who were patiently waiting. The bellman who helped us was very kind and considerate. When we arrived at our room, we were shocked to find that it was not ready for us. Although the bed was made and the room appeared clean, the room was missing towels, soaps, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, etc. We needed to head out quickly so we didn't have time to request these items until we returned later that evening, at which point the items were brought to our room. My husband had ordered flowers to be set up in our room prior to our arrival, and those were also missing. As we were walking out of the hotel, he received a phone call saying there was a delivery at the door. Someone brought the flowers up and just dropped them off outside. We had to return to our room just to pick them up and bring them inside, which definitely took away from the experience. Later that evening, despite having the privacy sign on our door, housekeeping staff came in while we were getting dressed. This was incredibly upsetting. We couldn't wait to check out at this point.

Our one positive experience here was the room service we ordered for brunch the following morning before checking out. We ordered an assortment of menu items and each one was terrific. Sadly, that is not enough of a reason to return. This experience fell very short of expectations for an EDITION hotel.

Had a good stay. Rooms are clean and the hotels design is as expected for an edition hotel. Taking off one star for the poor food and service at the roof.

・入口からロビー、部屋、レストランまで素晴らしいデザイン。
・スタッフの感じも良い。
・屋上カフェからの景色。特に夕方。
・バスタブがある部屋はバスタブが深くて素晴らしい。

◇Cons
・部屋にいると廊下から音が漏れてうるさいこと。
・エアコンが使いにくい。
・レストランのメニュー、部屋の説明書など全ての文字が小さく読みにくい。
・部屋の電話からフロントやサービスにどうやってかけるか不明。(番号がわからない)
・バスタブがない。バスタブがある部屋は限られていて、価格の高い部屋の数部屋だけ。

ロサンゼルスにあるスノッブなホテル、30代の集まるクラブっぽい高級ホテルとは異なり、静かで品の良いホテル。
この路線のホテルがもっと増えて欲しいです。

屋上のテラスが良かった。
理由はよくわからないけど夜はよく眠れなかった。初めての経験。サービスも特筆すべき点は特になし。

Cool west hollywood hotel with a great rooftop, solid gym, and cool pool views. The attached restaurant has great cocktails and food. Nice place to rest your head after a full day of kabob eating.

I didn't stay here. I only went up to the rooftop for drinks after dinner. Good view, cozy seating, good forna date night or girls' night.

I’m usually not one to raise an issue online however the West Hollywood Edition went above and beyond to disappoint. I’m a Titanium Elite member and have stayed at the edition across the Middle East and Europe. Personally love the brand however the Hollywood edition is a let down.

At one point i was practically begging the front desk to have my room cleaned.

Upon checkin, the housekeeping staff were also kind enough to leave the previous guests’ makeup in the room. Absolutely no attention to detail.

Still a fan of the brand but won’t be staying at this property ever again.

Beautiful hotel. We stayed in one of the suites. Loved the modern beige and wood look, modern, sleek, great bathtub, amazing views. Highly recommend both the rooftop restaurant and the main one.

Our stay at Edition WeHo was nothing less than great overall. Visiting back in September 23’, all of the staff from the pool guys down to the valet simple just answered our needs like a basic hotel, which was to be expected but I did feel they missed the “5-star luxury hotel experience” mark for me. Things I truly appreciated were the confidentially they were able to hold for vip guests and the beautiful minimalistic design they offered. The connections I met during my stay and the restaurants on site all were up to par. Needless to say, I may return one day only if I don’t find a better hotel in the nearby area all due to the fact that $775/night should warrant service that is above and beyond.

MAS um hotel que se diz 5 estrelas não se resume só a estes 3 tópicos.
Por ser um hotel badalado, se programe para demorar uns 30 minutos até conseguir chegar na área de entregar o carro pro Valet. Caso chova, os 6 elevadores do prédio quebram e você tem que descer de escada - além disso quando você chega no térreo a escada tem saída para o lado de fora, mas vcs lembram que estava chovendo? Então imagina, você e as malas todos molhados antes de pegar um avião. Reposição de mini bar, inexistente. Enfim, posso falar mais várias coisas que não refletem uma experiência de hotel 5 estrelas.

Andrew (drew) took care of me when I was on a staycation. La is amazing. They hook it up here. There is good energy and they take care of you.

Best service was honestly by the valet. Prompt and so kind, Eddie, Carlos, and James all made sure the car was well taken car of and that I had good local recommendations for my stay.
