My go to in Venice Beach. Have gone for a week by myself and for a week with my Lover/Sweetheart. Want to go back in June! Also great coffee and place to sit downstairs in the AM Oh and don't miss the rooftop views !

Stayed at this hotel enjoyed the view of the ocean, close walk to the beach and great restaurants. Agree with the other reviews, many homeless people were sleeping everywhere around the hotel on the sidewalk.

I absolutely loved my experience here although I'm not aware of how much we paid for each night but I was under the impression that it was not very expensive. The room quality is probably similar to a motel 6 room honestly however the location is pretty tight and if you can get up to the top floor and close to the balcony then you have a really good view I'm the ocean, honestly the only great thing is the location and the view as well as the history. I loved every minute of it and I'm kinda glad the rooms are not all fancy because that probably made the room affordable. If they remodel these rooms I'm sure they could easily charged at least $200 a night, easy . However right now I'd say around $120 is fair. The staff did not buy me at all, breakfast was good and I met people from other countries every morning. It's a good memory i will be keeping

Everyone knows what's going on in Venice Beach ⛱️...the Hotel was just fine
But the area was very scary, to many people after 7pm....tha we don't know what they doing and noise
The good things was the cantipalo sandwich and Jamon Serrano
Very romantic ???? ????
