Terrible place, parking grade F++ the owners are rude and I no empathy and unfriendly being owners of a motel isn't a good fit wit them.

Rooms were remodeled but a severe !!
BED BUG INVESTIATION!!!

We booked 4 rooms and everyone got bitten by Bed Bugs in all the rooms. Our booking was for 3 nights we stayed only one night, and had the most difficult time getting a refund on the two remaining nights for all 4 rooms, the owners came across as employees who just work here, but I did my homework and knew it was a family owned business and yes they are employees yet I was talking to the owner, who lacks the worst people skills I've ever dealt with.
Like many others that previously stayed here parking is limited to less than 1/3 of the rooms available and your not able to park in the residential streets close by as parking is restricted.
The only option is meter parking which is enforced but good luck finding one. Streets around the motel are not safe at night as the mentally ill (homeless) are all around this area. So the pictures might look great on-line and the prices can be enticing, yet what lurks in the dark corners of the those nice rooms and the streets and limited parking area is the problem!

Never ending construction, very little guidance for guests, not even basic level of modern electronics, virtually amenity free.

The room was renovated and clean but amenities were limited( They did not have any hand soap or paper tissue). Although it was mentioned including parking but they told us the parking is full and we parked our car on street. The air conditioner has water leakage that made our stuff wet at night. Totally the room does not value the price.

The whole building is under construction and you have to park your car in the nearby neighborhood. The WIFI is also really bad I can’t even connect to it in my room.

This was the worst place to stay TV doesn't work heater not connected to thermostat, no parking place under renovation. A nightmare and had to get up early to move the car or risk getting towed. Horrible.

Really bad experience, UNDER CONSTRUCTION!! Really noisy, the room smells really bad !! it was super dirty when we got there, it was a big puddle of water luckily the cleaning lady Maria help us clean. Tv was no working and when we ask, he seems he don’t even care!

Disgusting room, smelled bad and of cigarettes. Under renovation so no seeing out the windows and building stuff all over, could barely get to our room. Horrible service and overall do not feel safe here. Sketchy as hell and gross.

The hotel was under renovation, which isn't a problem for me, but 1 - it smelt like cigarettes, 2 - the sheets had a stain. I asked for new sheets and it still had a stain. I was willing to let all that pass until 3 - we came back at night and found a cockroach. We had to sleep with the lights on and put our bags back in the car
I complained about it the next morning and he did not seem to care.

If you are used to staying at 3 and 4 star hotels, this may not be the place for you. IF, however, you are not fussy and don't wish to pay $300-800 per NIGHT to be in Beverly Hills or Century City, this might be THE option for you. My stay cost under $100, and the parking was free. There seem to be a ton of security cameras all over the property, so I was only a little worried about parking off the back alley. I believe parking may incur a charge in the future once renovations are complete.

The building is old but, as of this review, they are clearly working on renovations. The outside of the building, viewed from the small courtyard, looks pretty good. First impression of the room was not bad. BIG space, fridge, king bed, table, etc... Bathroom, especially the bathtub and shower-head, is seriously worn and needs replacement - but it works. Hot water was almost instant. Great water pressure. There are building materials staged in the courtyard, so more work should be happening soon.

Yes, there is traffic noise, especially in the morning. If you are here on business, you'll probably need to be up by the time the noise becomes noticeable anyway.

Très décevant même à ce prix plutôt bas pour le centre de LA...
Pas de service de chambre en 3 jours, électroménager pas propre du tout, pas de porte entre les toilettes et la chambre... très inconfortable quand on est 2
Prises électriques mal placées, pas de voulant dans toutes, manque d'équipement (pas de pose-valise, pas de lumière de chevet etc)
Par dessus tout, bruyant... et ça ne vient pas de la ville mais du personnel le matin...

DO NOT STAY HERE! Booked rooms through Expedia and confirmed with motel. Neither mentioned extremely loud construction. Literally like staying at a construction site. Dirty carpet and dirty rooms. Owners acted as if it was acceptable to charge full price for the noise. Construction materials sat in the courtyard. A serious nightmare.

Best example of pay for what you get. Cheap and nasty, the aircon sounded like a jet engine. The renovations were noisy. But it's a bed with good proximity to Hollywood. So it did its job.
Most probably, I would not stay here again.

The hotel gave my room away after confirming that they would hold it for me. I was not given a room and was told I was not going to be charged. They charged me anyway and now I have to fight to get my money back. I will NEVER try to stay here again. The hotel was under construction. Not very clean and as I left, I saw some of the clientele and was glad they didn't save my room. Felt a bit uneasy as I went back to my car.
