I unfortunately had a very poor experience. I visited the club straight from LAX - it was recommended to me by my home club in London. From the moment we arrived we were very poorly tended too. It was a really embarrassing experience to bring our guests to this establishment. Not the level of service expected from a 4 star hotel.

One of the rare hotels with the coziest rooftop setting, yet it has elegant and classy design but average quality rooms. Overall, it was a happy experience!

The best. My only hold up is I don’t want to make it too popular. But love the experience curated and all the wonderful people that contribute to be very special.

Nestled in the heart of West Hollywood, Petit Ermitage is an oasis of luxury and charm. The exceptional service provided by Ismael truly sets this boutique hotel apart. From warm greetings to personalized recommendations, Ismael's dedication to ensuring a memorable stay was evident in every interaction. His genuine kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel like a valued guest. Coupled with stunning accommodations and serene surroundings, Petit Ermitage offers an unforgettable experience crafted with care and attention to detail. Ismael's outstanding service deserves recognition, and I eagerly anticipate my next visit to this hidden gem in West Hollywood.

Do not stay here if you can avoid it. Rooms feel like my great grandma's house, if she hadn't fixed anything for 100 years. Very uncomfortable and highly overpriced for what you get. Many much nicer hotels in the area. Just about any other hotel actually. The pool is okay during the daytime, although there are limited loungers so you'll probably have to wait a while to get one, and the use is limited to a couple hours before they make room for the next guest. Service at the loungers is horrendous, so expect to go order food or drinks from the bar and bring your own water. The food is very mediocre. LA has amazing food, but not here.
The only reason to stay at Petite Ermitage is if it's your only way in to the party Fri/Sat night. But it's not that good of a party to be worth the run-down room, poor service and significant expense.
On a side note, the service at night is actually pretty good. I guess it's a totally different staff and manager.
But as a place to stay this one is a no. Save your money while staying somewhere much nicer.

Absolutely love this place! We had to stay an extra night and extend our stay. The rooftop is divine and Rose, Ismael, and Jack at the front were extremely helpful!

So so so good. Great staff (Rachel went out of her way to help us), cool soon and a super fun environment to relax. The rooftop pool is next level fun day and night. Yes, the pool is 24/7 and becomes a fun party at night.
The rooftop area is nice - though the pool is tiny. Staff on the rooftop repeatedly went out of their way to avoid serving hotel guests, and prioritised the local members who hang out here. When they finally decided to serve us, they refused to do so until we provided a credit card, despite reception pre charging my debit card for $1,000 to cover incidentals/ bar purchases. We settled up all bar tabs on a daily basis and were assured we would receive the $1k returned to my debit card immediately at check out. 3 days, 5 emails, 4 calls, documentary evidence from my card provider clearly showing the hotel is the sole party responsible for processing the refund, and multiple requests to speak with the GM (matched by front office staff advising there isn’t a GM or anyone in charge!!!) and still no sign of my money!!!!
Seems the location is the only thing going for this hotel.
