Dans la famille danoise Olsen, on est pâtissier de père en fils depuis la fin du XIXe siècle. Le dernier descendant, Bent Olsen, a quitté son pays natal et s'est installé à Solvang en 1970, où il a ouvert une boulangerie avec sa femme Susy. Depuis, Bent a accumulé prix et distinctions, et son magasin est devenu une véritable institution... A ne pas manquer lorsque l'on passe dans le coin.
