You would think this place would be a five shamrocks breakfast. It is fantastic. My only reason for leaving off the last clover, is that it is very expensive for breakfast. I tend to be hard on breakfast places because breakfast is a few bucks, eggs, bacon, formica countertops, and Coffee. This is more of a brunch place and a good one. Great, happy service, and yes, the best Shiela Killers I’ve had in San Diego. ☘️☘️☘️☘️

Very friendly staff. They explain how the ordering process works (great for me as I was visiting the area). I like the fact that they have a display of all their dishes, really helps to visualize what you want to eat! The food was delicious! I want to visit again before I go back home. I was a little disappointed in the "cafe de olla" I was expecting it to already be prepared, not me having to add things to it; other than that all the food was amazing!

They make you wait more than an hour on the list! and then they pass to people who have arrived later. Unfortunately, we preferred to leave after waiting more than an hour and 20 minutes. They never called us.

To quote Rihanna, I found love in a hopeless place. From the charming waitress, who served the elixir of youth (Mexican coffee) to the chilaquiles that left me breathless, it was a religious experience from start to finish. May god have mercy on your soul if you give this place anything less than 5/5.

Soy clienta desde hace 7 años muy a menudo voy ah desayunar siempre pido lo mismo mi favorito el Sinaloense, últimamente eh notado
Que las porciones disminuyeron mucho , pero
Aún así quedaba satisfecha llena , no ocupaba más , peor
Hoy creo que se pasaron , fueron exajeramente reducidas las porciones , me quedé con hambre cosa que nunca me

Friend recommended Cocina 35, and we were not disappointed. I believe I was finally able to try authentic Mexican cooking!! The flavor was amazing, and friendly service was impeccable!! You must go, next time you're in town.

I agree that this is one of the best places to have breakfast/brunch! Even my little foodie loved her brunch pancakes. La verde agua fresca is very refreshing and is great to pair with your chilaquiles or another spicy plate.

Horrible service. Chilaquiles were super dry and not good at all. Staff had nothing but bad attitudes. Not sure why this place has good reviews. They should just stick to deserts.

I recently popped into this venue for breakfast. I absolutely loved my meal. Everything my group ordered was very good. I would highly recommend getting your name on the list or going early to beat the line. The service was super nice as well. I highly recommend.

We always wait 2 hours for a table we pay 22 dollars per plate including a main side of chilaquiles and this time we were dissapointed for like 5 tortillas shreds I don’t think I’ll come again

Stopped in some chilaquiles rancheros. Great service and food here. We tried Mexican coffee which was Mexican spiced. Delicious!!! This place had been recommended by a gal from Cut Hairdressing.
