Quaint place off the beaten path. Was looking for a good burger somewhere in the city and this place did not disappoint. Some of the best bacon I’d ever had mixed with quality beef cooked to perfection. I truly enjoyed my meal. Fries were meh but my friends got the sweet potato fries and loved them. Also has a great playlist of music going.

Hadn’t been for years having loved this place 15 years ago but out of the habit of going. Great atmosphere and lovely service. Tasty burger; will be back!

Le meilleur burger que j'ai mangé pour l'instant en Écosse. Pas gras du tout, bien équilibré, le poulet cajun est bien épicé et savoureux. On reviendra avec plaisir !

Hanno una vasta scelta di birre, ne abbiamo assaggiata qualcuna ed erano tutte molto buone. Abbiamo preso anche le patatine fritte, molto buone. Il ragazzo che ci ha servito era molto gentile.

We had a private function in the Cambridge Bar upstairs at the weekend, and cannot fault the overall experience at all. Lindsey looked after us incredibly well, and handled a room of 30 ladies buzzing off the bubbles like a professional!
Great location. Food was served promptly. We had our own toilets for the private room which was very handy.

Went in for lunch today with my 4 month old daughter and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or kind. Opening doors, making room for the buggy - even turned down the music! Thanks guys.

Went with the team on a night out, burgers are amazing! Would I recommend it? YES! Close to the city centre, however away from busy streets.

We stopped in for a bite after a hellish few days of travel delays. The server was wonderful. Did not make us feel rushed at all. They even got us dessert ???? after their kitchen closed. It was exactly what we needed after a bad day.

Super burgers, slick service, extremely comfortable whilst still retaining a nice posh pub feel. Close enough to busy Edinburgh but thankfully far enough!!

One of my favourite pubs, the service was exceptional and nothing was too much bother. Table service meant nobody missed out on the chat and the whole experience was excellent. And no, that's not the beer talking!
