Lovely cosy hotel with unexpectedly spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. The lobby is warm and welcoming, the staff could be friendlier but the room was so great I don’t mind. The bed was massive and the bathroom quirky and clean. I felt the hotel provided excellent value for money and the staff were happy for us to leave luggage for a few hours the following day. Thanks very much!

A fantastic small hotel with tastefully decorated rooms, which were serviced to an impeccably high standard. It was quiet, and the stay was relaxing . Location wise, perfect. We used the Q-onmi car park as website suggested. Left car there for duration of stay.
Superb breakfast menu. Cosy lounge bar also.
Only real problem was finding hotel in the dark on our arrival. The confusing one-way systems meant we were driving round in circles. I would always advise anyone driving if they are using the same Q-Parking that it might be easier to park up first? But that is a minor detail.
Other minor detail is no room service for food after breakfast. But within short walking distance of lots of eateries.

Super schönes kleines Hotel in wunderschöner Zentraler Lage. Ich würde jederzeit wieder ein Zimmer dort buchen. Hatten sogar ein Zimmer mit Meerblick ;)

This is a lovely hotel in a great location only 5 minutes walk from the station.
Our bedroom was huge with a comfy bed. Good quality bedding and towels and they did not scrimp on the heating. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water.
We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay.

Accueil souriant. Chambre agréable plutôt bien équipée. Bonne situation pour visiter les principaux sites touristiques. Petit déjeuner complet en formule à 18 livres. Service efficace.

A lovely hotel with nicely decorated and well equipped rooms. Great breakfast and the hotel has a cosy and personal feel to it. Great value for money and the location is superb. You will be looked after here.

Loved this hotel, felt quite Boutiquey and quiet. Great location, friendly reception staff, great en-suite room with coffee and tea. Forgot my toothpaste and they had small sustainable toothbrush and toothpaste pack. Will be returning..

Lovely hotel rooms, fantastic breakfast and a great location. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Edinburgh.

Stayed here for a long weekend. Perfect location in walking distance to most sights. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cozy lobby with fire place. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

I enjoyed staying here a lot and felt we got a good room for the price. The room was huge with a massive comfy bed and extra pillows. Shower was nice and heated up quickly. The room was nice and warm. The staff were helpful, too.
They provided free homemade short bread but we couldn’t eat them as we are vegan. They looked really good though! Plenty of free coffee and tea too.
Be warned you can hear if people are noisy in the hallway though.
If you’ve got luggage go to the hotel past Howie’s restaurant to avoid the steep hill.

Very clean and comfortable hotel.Close to the city centre and shopping centre.10 minutes walk from bus station and train station.Definitly be back in the next visit.
