Terrible nights… is it an hotel or a night club? Nights were terribly noisy (music, drill, screams). I was forced to call the reception but that did not really stop. Hotel is well located but don’t go there if you want to rest! I shared my experience during the check out but they only apologise with no compensation offering.

Location just 10 mins to priclnces street. So modern and easily located. Hotel clean and staff friendly. 24 hours coffee and tea station in the bar area really great idea modernising rooms.

Great hotel and reasonably priced for its location. The rooms are good, though the basement rooms are a bit dark.

Windows do not open so you have to withstand air conditioning fan all night which is noisy. The air pumped out also feels suffocating and drying on the throat. Most uncomfortable. I asked for a nice view and got a view of the heating units. Most disappointing as I am stuck here for another 2 nights.

Estuvimos 4 noches alojados por vacaciones, el servicio muy bueno. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas y con todo lo necesario: la ducha tiene gel, champú y acondicionador en cantidades generosas, además es muy espaciosa. En el lavabo también puedes encontrar gel de manos y crema hidratante corporal. Tienes una caja fuerte incluida en el precio de la habitación que puedes usar a tu antojo. Nosotros casualmente no llevábamos adaptador para la corriente y en recepción nos prestaron uno durante toda la estancia. No cogimos desayuno por lo que no puedo opinar al respecto, pero si estuvimos en el bar tomando algo y los precios son bastante buenos. El hotel está bastante bien situado, tienes el centro de la ciudad vieja a apenas 30 minutos andando. Todo de 10, sin duda repetiremos.

Hotel is on a great position in the city. Room is comfortable, clean and very modern. We only missed a window in the room.

Really stunning hotel, very modern, up to scratch rooms. Staff at reception were very accommodating and warm. The location is a 5 minute walk from the centre of the city which proved really handy! Exceptional hospitality and stunning place to stay. Reclining bed was unreal! Very luxurious for a budget hotel.

Staying for work before attending a conference in Edinburgh the following morning.
Hotel was welcoming as ever, room was spotlessly clean and I was surprised by the giant pretzels for dinner!

Unsere Rundreise durch Schottland starteten wir in Edinburgh und übernachteten eine Nacht im Yotel.
Das Hotel wirkte ziemlich groß. Das Zimmer war bequem und sauber, für vier Personen ausreichend.
Von hier kann man Edinburgh fußläufig erkunden. Auch Restaurants und ein Supermarkt sind in der Nähe.
Da wir schon um 8:30 Uhr in Edinburgh gelandet sind, waren wir dementsprechend früh am Hotel. Das Zimmer war noch nicht fertig. Check-in erst ab 15 Uhr. Die Koffer konnten wir im Hotel abstellen und zogen dann mit schwer bepackten Rucksäcken los. Gegen 13:30 Uhr waren wir zurück, mussten aber noch bis 15 Uhr auf das Zimmer warten und taten dies im Hotel. Schien den Angestellten an der Rezeption zu missfallen, was mir sehr missfallen hat!
Wenn ich ein Hotel in einer solchen Stadt betreibe, muss mir klar sein, dass die besagten Touristen vom Flughafen kommen oder dahin zurück müssen und dementsprechend im Hotel warten. Es gab drei Sitzgruppen für je zwei Personen, weshalb mein Mann und ich draußen auf der Treppe zum Hotel warteten.
Dass man nirgends bequem sitzen und warten kann, obwohl ein Frühstücksraum und eine Bar vorhanden sind, finde ich unvorteilhaft. Zumindest hat uns das niemand angeboten, sondern es wurde nur unfreundlich geguckt bis Schichtwechsel war. Die neue Schicht kam recht zügig mit unserem Zimmerschlüssel! Eine informative Übergabe mit dem Hinweis, dass wir auf unser Zimmer warten, gab es aber unter den Kolleginnen nicht.
Die Nacht war leider sehr laut, weil eine Gruppe Schüler eine Etage über uns über den Flur hinweg gerannt und geschrien hat.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend und schmackhaft. Der Service im Frühstücksraum sehr freundlich und bemüht.

The hotel was very nice, service was fantastic and the location was around everything we needed.
However, no tea station in the room meant going down to the bar any time you wanted a hot drink.
The light in the hall way lit up the room at night.
When wanting an alcoholic drink, only one on draught was available, then the 2nd night of staying here that to was unavailable. So unless you wanted to pay almost £5 for a 330ml bottle of beer you weren’t getting one.

Localização óptima! No entanto, notou-se muito bem que a limpeza não é feita. Toalhas sujas, cabelos na cama! Horrível. A empregada perguntou-nos se precisávamos que o quarto fosse limpo, ao qual respondemos que nem sequer tínhamos recebido o quarto limpo e que era óbvio que precisa de ser. Quando chegamos tínhamos toalhas “novas”, mas a limpeza continuou a ser muito fraca ou inexistente. Não será hotel a regressar. Péssimo

Great location, close enough but far enough away from the main strip. Rooms were quiet and spacious. Only drawback was being unable to open windows as the air con dries you out but great place to stay.

Great hotel at a great location. Pricing was good for the rooms available. We stayed for 7 days and would stay again if required. The service was OK, with most staff being functional but not entirely enthusiastic to deal with customers. This is a budget hotel so there are no coffee/tea makings in the room, but basic fixings can be found in the bar area to take up to your room if required. The is a safe and fridge although the fridge was in a cabinet with no ventilation so it struggled to keep stuff really cool. Not sure why it was designed this way as fridges need airflow around them. USB plugs are available in the room, plenty of space in the room we had, great toilet and shower and bed which was adjustable for sitting up. That feature was awesome. Breakfast is an option if required and the bar is a great space to grab a drink or a snack. There is also a credit system for the bar if you skip a day of room service. This is a service that Ibis hotels were doing years ago.
Within walking distance for all the shopping, transport links and more.

The hotel is right in the centre of the city, you can go everywhere on foot, the train station and bus terminal are also within walking distance of the hotel, it is a very quiet and peaceful city hotel, we were really satisfied. Thanks for everything.

Decent place.
One thing I was disappointed about is the king size bedroom,
We paid extra to have a comfortable bed. Like in the pictures, fair enough the bed is big but it isn’t a king, it’s 2 single beds jammed together to make a king size with a visible gap in between. Which made it quite uncomfortable to sleep in as we woke up with sore backs. Unless we slept on the 2 ends of the bed. Secondly the bathroom, the curtain separating is a bit odd but anyway, the shower space is good but everytime I showered the water would flow out and flood the rest of the “toilet space” it became a chore to clean it up everytime.

Tbf, do recommend the hotel it’s decent, in a quite spot, has a self check in and check out but would not recommend wasting extra money for a king size bedroom.

Hmm if i give an actual review you'll just try to gaslight me like everyone else, maybe first of put a bathroom in your rooms

Visited this place its really good location. Easy accessible to all the attractions. More over the staffs and services are 5star class. Highly recommended

Absolutely make no sense for not refunding for the mistake made by booking app that cost me twice, cost me lots of time to solve it due to they shirk responsibility and all refuse to solve this.

Clean hotel, rooms and communal areas.
Self-service check in went smoothly.
Great shower and electric bed.
Good value.

Great location, very clean convenient rooms. There was an issue with checking in on the kiosks and then on check out as the amount had been refunded so I had to re-pay.
