I want to give a shout out to the front office manager for helping me print an important boarding pass for my customer!
I will always make this a recommendation for my customers when they stay in this city!
But, the first room we had was full of bugs (maybe roaches?). They changed our room, and we had only a couple of ants/spiders, so we stayed. They gave us free breakfast vouchers for the bug issue, but my daughter has food allergies, so we went elsewhere after grabbing some fruit.
We found hair under the bed sheets and in EVERY towel. I just feel like the cleaning is lacking, and I expected so much more from a Holiday Inn at the price.
The trains went by blaring horns all through the night. So, it was very hard to get a good night's sleep.
Overall, it was way too pricey for what we got. We were quite disappointed to have to pay $172 for one night with those issues.
