If you are used to staying at Marriott properties and a certain standard DO NOT stay here! This place is run down and disgusting. My room was musty and smelled like someone at some point smoked in it. If you want to workout good luck. They have two treadmills which have I’m sure never been cleaned and an elliptical. There were bugs on the ground and the water jug was empty on my first day working out and then second oh yeah still empty. There are NO cleaning wipes to wipe down the equipment and as I stated it appears the cleaning staff also skips servicing this area. I wanted to walk to the planet fitness a mile away but couldn’t since there are zero side walks to get there on a main road. I could see the “spa” from the treadmill and it was green inside and looked disgusting as well. As a titanium elite member I stay at a lot of Marriott hotels and this one was by far the worst.

The room is rather tired and need a overall update! The A/C is rather noisy, especially in the middle of the night and i have to turn it off. The wall is rather thin as I kept hearing the notification sound of someone else’s cell phone lol.

The elevator is rather dirty with garbage on the floor every time I was in it (see picture). The buttons are also cracked!

The breakfast included is okay and as expected, no fancy but you got what you need! The front desk lady was very nice and attentive when I checked in though

Location-wise, it’s right beside I-10, rather convenience.

I had one of the greatest experiences at this hotel. This Front Desk Receptionist Ebony went above and beyond to track down my package when it didn't come on time. She even went out of her way to check back in with me the next few days to be sure if I had recieved any packages.

Thank you Ebony for your welcoming and warm attitude. I appreciate you taking your time out to make sure that my needs had been met.

This place is such a XXXXX very bad bad mattresses I mailed them complained about it. Never got a response back from them. Lots of fungus gross toilets just disgusting.

The elevator was out of order. The sign on the elevator looked like it had been there a while. The bathroom wall had hair on it. See photos. The bathroom wall was cracked. The ceiling drywall repair was not good. The place reeked of marijuana. The breakfast had hot eggs and bland sausage. Waffles and syrup are only available on weekends. Cereal with no milk.

Absolutely nothing good about this hotel. Avoid it like the plague. Run as fast as you can in the opposite direction of this hotel. Dump, Dump , Dump!!

The queen suite was spacious & clean, with no sign of bugs even though the mattress didn't have a protective cover. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was above average for complimentary fare: real eggs, properly-cooked potato/sausage hash (with actual diced vegetables), good coffee with milk & cream, oatmeal, yogurt, Belgian waffles, fresh fruit, and more. We didn't swim but the pool looked clean & inviting. The only downside was that the elevator and an exterior door weren't working, but those things happen occasionally, and I didn't ask how long they'd been out.

One of the most run-down Residence Inns I've stayed in. None of the back entrances are accessible friendly, back door didn't work at all, breakfast had very limited selection. Kudos to the grounds-keeper though, he was regularly out working on the landscaping and it looks great!

Very old and dingy room. Stains on the couch, old/outdated carpet, furniture, and decor. The bathroom was not up to expectations and I did not even want to shower there in the morning.

Hotel had weird smell. Found 9-10 roaches alive in my room. Management did let me check out right away though.

Enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Slept well. It needs updating. Looks old and somewhat run down. Mattress on the sleeper sofa was awful. Very old, stained, not at all comfortable. Very friendly staff.

It's a Marriott, so obviously decent
But to be honest, I've been in much better Residence Inns

When our room was switched after the AC wasn't working, I was told that we'd be given points- I guess we'll see if that will be honored

Rooms could be larger

As a whole though, made for a decent stay

No pots or pans in my room. No coffee at 530 am. Gym is extremely small with no weights.
Water stains on ceiling inside room.
House keeping comes in and makes your bed but doesn't refill your coffee.
