Disappointed the sink basically wouldn't drain. The room was ok other than that.

Great customer service and quality.

Initially walking into our room, I liked it. It was big, spacious, and was what we needed for the night. But then upon further inspection, I was a bit disappointed. There was somebody else’s hair allllll over the bathroom area - was it even cleaned? Found someone else’s hair tie as well. Kind of grossed me out. Went to blow my nose and the Kleenex box was empty - so I really started to question if this room had been addressed at all before our arrival. After that, I made sure to check for bug beds just in case. Beds seemed clean enough, so we lied down to watch some TV…but the TV screen was so smudgy it looked like it was wiped down with paper towel and water. Next morning, took a shower, and the tub barely drained any water.
I think this place could do much better with its cleaning regime. But I guess we had a place to stay with the amenities we needed for the night. I stay in many hotels while traveling for work, and unfortunately, this one was on the lower end of my quality list.

Maybe a little expensive for the value.

Room AC did not work. Electrical hazards because cover plates on outlets missing, breakfast was terrible, lights in room were either out or disconnected, staff was rude.

Great place to stay

This hotel is horrible. Very outdated. I was surprised due to me staying at Hilton properties..I was scheduled to stay for 2 days but I checked out early and went to another hotel.

Great comfortable stop and good service, but the breakfast was not all that good.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing breakfast! They have everything you can think of!! The rooms are nice and clean with full size shampoo and conditioner in the shower.

Staffing situation seemed light due to the various inquiries that were made by the group. Office chairs were severely stained in all of the rooms that we had.

I liked the fact that we were close to the elevator and only had to walk out the back door to go to the pool area. I really enjoyed the kids pool with my grand baby. The water was right and they had plenty of seating by the pool. The breakfast was very nice and the staff on the following day was very courteous and helpful. I did like the lotion and soap offered in the bathroom. They seemed of decent quality. Upon arrival, the staff member continually told me i did not have a reservation. She was rude, initially until we realized that they put the reservation in my maiden name. Once we worked around this, the questions i asked were met with snarky replies and an unprofessional tone. Once i got to my room to check in, i realized there were two different beds in the room. Meaning one was on a platform and the other was on a regular metal bedframe. This proved very uncomfortable for sleeping. For it to be a hilton, i was very disappointed in the bed. It was like sleeping on plywood. Im a local and My whole reasoning for visiting was for the pool and jacuzzi. I didn't like the fact that the jacuzzi did not work. The big pool was very warm. Almost as if it was being heated. This was not a bad idea in the evening, but in the day it seems counterproductive. The trashcan was overflowing with garbage and had not been changed even as I was leaving Sunday morning. I literally left from the pool and got in my car and the trash can was the same trash from the previous night. I feel like for the amount of money I paid for this room, it should have been better maintained and presented to me.

Everyone was cordial and willing to help for whatever I needed.

Furniture was dated and beat up. My A/C was not working. Staff switched my rooms with no problems.

Our family stayed here several times in 2 years. Rooms are very clean and bigger than normal rooms. Pools were also very clean,the breakfast was also worth it. I don't mind spending my money here....worth every penny.
