Good and clean environment and excellent staff. The Arabians are very friendly people and keep their hotel clean and smelling good.

Left the room in the same condition they gave it to me ,no damages and yet my deposit was not returned. Will be disputing with my bank in the morning.

Spoke with someone from the hotel earlier in the week to let them know that the card I used to reserve the room was comprised and I had to cancel it. Asked them if I needed to give another card to make sure there weren't any issues when I get there, they said no just pay when you come. I get to the hotel and am informed my room was given away, no rooms left, cause they tried to charge my card (the one i told them was canceled) and they couldn't get ahold of me (cause I was on an airplane). Completely unprofessional.

Right by the airport, but felt very sketchy. Everything was as barebones and cheap as it could possibly be.

I would rate my stay a 0 I had problems checking in bc I was 20 and that I had my 16 year old sister with me who I have custody of they also made me pay a $50 dollar deposit that I still haven’t received back and check out is at 11:00am they came banging at my door at 11:04am telling me it was time to leave as I was trying to get dressed and ready I wasn’t happy with my stay whatsoever

Empty magnum condom box was left on shelf, sprinkler was covered, curtain was busted and they pinned that on me and added a 100 dollar damages fee. If you don't wanna get ganked, don't go here.

My first night in this hotel was horrible. The receptionist at the front cannot communicate well we checked in at one we came back around 12 our room was infested with roaches. We asked for another room through the phone and he said talk to the manager we got down there and he then said there’s no manager. He said he will not give us another room and we will have to speak to the manager tomorrow, so we had a family member come, and after they came, they gave us another room. He didn’t even ask for pictures until the family member came and back us up. He just told us to sleep in the room and deal with it.

During the first night of my stay me and the friends I was staying with, found small roaches all over our room. We went down to the front desk where the employees are very unapologetic, rude, unsympathetic, and VERY nonchalant about their customers! They told us to wait until morning and never once asked to take pictures or see the pictures that we had. They didn’t switch our rooms, or go up and take pictures of the room until AFTER we called a family member to back us up. Worst experience at a hotel ever.

The room smelled like urine and mold. It was fairly clean but that smell was awful and the window would not open.

The bed was soft, but I noticed that one of the bedsheets was extremely wrinkled. There was a dirty cup of something red in the icebox. When we folded back the blanket, there was red all over the sheets, which I’m assuming was the red juice that was in the icebox. Roaches, roaches, roaches!! They were covering the microwave. I have attached pictures. The people that work there were very pleasant and very nice the entire time. But they obviously did not clean our room very well before we got it.

This has been my second stay at micro inn and this stay has been ridiculous. I’ve never in life seen a hotel who calls the room phone multiple times asking was i stomping and ive already answered and my response was no so why keep calling at all hours of the night,very unprofessional. Room had a smell. Never booking here again.

We switched rooms twice and both rooms were disgusting. Smelled of mildew/mold. Hair of some kind on the floor and in the sink. The water came out brown. We were there for maybe an hour and half and switched rooms twice and opted to leave. They refuse to refund us and we paid for a different hotel. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very disappointed they won’t do the right thing and refund us.

After settling in my room I just happened to notice small bugs crawling near the clock and phone on the table between the beds. I killed a few thinking that was it. But they kept coming. I went to the front desk and they moved me from the first floor to the third floor. I had to change rooms and was on the look out for more bugs the rest of the stay. Room was dated. Not comfortable.
