Un tour pour une expérience cajun d'une journée, proposé à Lafayette.

« Allons manger ! » Voilà comment Marie (francophone), pleine d'énergie et de passion pour sa région, démarre son fantastique tour en minibus. Puis elle entraîne son groupe durant plus de 3h et dans une ambiance conviviale vers une découverte culinaire de la fameuse cuisine cajun. Elle dispose pour cela de dizaines de partenaires qui proposent boudin, écrevisses, gumbo, king cake, etc. Une expérience originale et unique à Lafayette à ne pas manquer. Un petit conseil : évitez de manger avant ! D'autres tours sont proposés, dont celui de Breaux Bridge (à pied).

Zeer vriendelijke en enthousiaste dame! Het eten was echt cajun en met de nodige uitleg erbij smaakte het eens zo lekker!

Marie was an excellent tour guide! She had been a history teacher, so she knew so much about the Cajun and Creole cultures! She amazed us with her knowledge and her French language! We had a blast on her tour!

Wonderful food & wonderful experience! We went on the Original Cajun Food Tour and had the best experience! The food we tried was absolutely delicious local cuisines. I didn’t think it could get better until we went to the next place and we would love their food also. The tour guide, Jay was so informative and obviously loves his job which makes it even more fun! This is a MUST DO! You’ll leave stuffed!

11 dear friends and a couple from France enjoyed over 3 hours of visiting, dining and learning local history with Cajun Food Tours. Marie was chock full of information about the city I've lived in for over 60 years! I learned so much, and enjoyed the company of our she and our new French friends as well as my dear old buddies.

We really enjoyed our Cajun Food Tour with Marie. She is a delightful, energetic host who made us feel relaxed and welcome from the moment we stepped on the bus. We appreciated her desire and effort to converse with us in French. The food was excellent and we learned many interesting things about Acadiana in a fun atmosphere. It was a memorable experience in Cajun Country. Merci beaucoup, Marie!!!
