Jackie and Cree gave me, my wife and grandson excellent customer service!! We started out kinda bad because the room was not ready for check-in at 4. It was told to us that the dryer for the towels was out. We are in town for the world biddy basketball tournament. Anyways they called and said the room was ready. The basketball tournament is a well ran event but they can't control the time of the games as they often run behind. Our schedule constantly changes. The 2 front desk ladies took great care of us when we told them we needed a late checkout. They granted it to us so we wouldn't have to get an extra night. We didn't budget for that because we are from slidell, 2 hrs away. You all may not have gotten an extra night from us but, yall have a customer for life. Jackie and Cree handled it like a BOSS!!! Great job ladies and thank you!!.....The Butler family.

The first Hampton inn in a week that has a clean bathroom. This place is immaculate. The staff is so accommodating. Our room is perfect. Reasonably priced. Definitely an A+

Quiet, clean. Breakfast meat eggs and hash browns were hot. Amazing service. attendants were very welcoming. Thank you ms. Ashley. From your tennant" Bayous best restoration and antiques" douglas.

We were traveling to an event at Nicholls State. This hotel was clean and conveniently located. The rooms were nice. Breakfast was good and ready first thing at 6 am. I never miss a chance to pick a Hampton Inn.

Hôtel très sale !! / disgusting hotel. We have been sleeping in a bed with disgusting smell and we understood why in the morning…(look at the pictures !)

Was in town for my daughter's wedding. Stayed one night before checking out and moving to another hotel just to get out of that filthy room. Bad lighting. Bad smell. Sticky carpet. Comforter on bed thats never washed. Nasty bathroom that appeared to have not had the floors or baseboards cleaned in years. The air conditioner made every sound except the sound of cold air blowing. Awful to wake up at 3am throwing cover ofc because youre hot. Such a disappointment in the chain. Very outdated. Smelled like old, moldy plastic throughout the hotel even in the elevator. Desk clerk that checked me in was a wonderful person, but that's the best I can say about this hotel located in Thibodaux. You'd be better off to save your $166.00 and go next door to the Holiday Inn Express.

Nice lady at check in and clean rooms. I would stay here again. It was perfect for our trip to Nicholls for my baby's orientation.
