Avec sa localisation hyper centrale à Alexandria et ses tarifs abordables, l'Hôtel Bentley est un choix futé. Près d'une centaine de chambres et suites tout confort sont à disposition des hôtes. Son restaurant, The Bentley Room Dining, est ouvert le midi en semaine et tous les soirs sauf le dimanche. On y sert aussi le brunch le week-end. Pour décompresser, on suggère son cocktail lounge, The Mirror Room, qui sert également des tapas pour accompagner son verre (ouvert du lundi au samedi dès 16h ainsi que pour le brunch du dimanche).

Beautiful lobby. That’s it. Rooms are not good. Service isn’t good. We stayed there three nights and the room wasn’t cleaned once. We had to request clean towels daily. No hot water one morning. Toilet required MANY flushes and was dirty. Bed linens were stained. Seek accommodations elsewhere!!

Came in on a Sunday for two nights for our anniversary. Did not realize there would be NOTHING open in the hotel for dinner or drinks. Then, when we went out to explore on Monday and came back in the afternoon, it was to a dirty room with no service. We called the front desk just to find out that the cleaning crew were already gone at 2pm. There is also a "Rose" smell in the room that is sickening. I can't find where its coming from. We love historic hotels and do our best to always stay in them, however, I would NOT recommend this place. Very disappointed and won't be back. At least we are checking out tomorrow.

The parking was horrible. No real signage for it. Not handicap accessible. Unless you want to eat at the hotel be prepared to drive.
