My vehicle overheated and eventually stopped working on the opening leg of a long road trip. This hotel was compassionate, welcoming and flexible with my needs as a customer. I can't thank them enough for being somewhere I felt safe to pivot and figure out what was next.

Rooms not cleaned daily, was there 2 nights and had to ask for towels, was told they only cleaned rooms every 3 days.
Room would not cool down properly.
The restaurant was horrible, don't chance it.
Breakfast and dinner overcooked..
I’m not finished, whomever the people were above us walked extremely hard and was loud all night. Did I call the front desk, absolutely not…it was made apparent nothing was going to be done anyways. Okay, one more…the fire alarm above the bed flashed a light all night…no sound just flashing light.
I’m more than exhausted due to sleep deprived and being very uncomfortable at this hotel. I will not be staying here again.
Please choose your hotels wisely. I have bombed twice Monroe. This was better than the first, but both are not quality and clean hotels.
Check in was easy, they emailed my receipt at checkout and had some great amenities. The food was also amazing. Ate at the bistro two days and enjoyed it both times.
Really friendly staff as well. Looking forward to returning.
What meant the most to me, was when I was trying to keep my 2 year old Nephew entertained in the lobby during the banquet, Heather found a Jenga-style block game, and set it up for him to play with! Her customer service is NEXT TO NONE!!
