This is the best hotel ever. Even though there’s construction going on and they’re making it better everybody went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The breakfast staff made sure that we all had hot delicious homemade food every morning as well as the rest of the Staff even opening doors for us as we went. This is the most accommodating hotel I have ever been at. To give them five stars, for their review is not enough.. I’m extremely grateful that I stayed here instead of anywhere else

Less than stellar

Water was running in the tub all night. Service was very nice

Chrissie and Jala from the front desk were very professional and courteous, great people skills and friendly !
Amy from the kitchen was professional and friendly too, almost always having the breakfast ready a little early for the ones of us who leave for work by 06:15 !

Could you please tell everyone why is the price at your West Monroe, Louisiana hotel for a standard room with 2 queen beds for a 2 night stay on the weekend of October 18th -20th that also coincide with an HBCU homecoming event that is 33 miles away, $414? I've checked your prices periodically and I have never seen this hike in your prices for any weekend. Please tell everyone why so other hotel accommodations can be made if a satisfactory explanation is not given.

Was there for a conference. Hotel was full. Rates were expensive so I expected more than what I got. Location is great, right off of I20. The room was dirty.. The morning clerk was apologetic of the conditions, stated that it was a one time occurrence and issued points to my member account. I will never stay in that hotel again.

Comfy beds and pillows! Quiet, pet friendly, great breakfast. Excellent stay!

Yes they are renovating, yes they are close to the freeway, yes their breakfast is good too. The service is top notch, rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. I never leave reviews. I did this time....because I also read the reviews. Stay here, if you have any troubles talk with the staff they will help you out.

The water in the shower was brown, but it was quiet

As already noted the hotel needs a renovation. Very noisy due to some sort of music venue nearby. Security is lacking. I walked in, past an empty front desk and used the elevator without the need for a key. Anybody can walk in off the street and access the room floors.
Reply; I am still in your hotel at the time of your reply and if there is no music venue nearby you have either loud neighbors or cars in your parking lot blaring music.

Very mediocre holiday inn, it is desperately in need of updates, everything in the hotel is dingy and not very clean. There was only one person working at the desk, so if they get called off to help a guest, it leaves everyone at the counter standing there waiting for way too long. The sheets on the bed were new. However, the comforter is old, raggedy, and dingy. The room I stayed in has a broken toilet seat, the smoke detecter is about to fall off the ceiling, the bathtub doesn't drain very well at all so when you shower you are left standing in dirty water, I had to ask twice to get my fridge replaced, the first time they replaced it with another one that freezes everything, finally they put what I believe is a new one in, the AC unit doesn't cool the room at all, I wake up several times a night becuase it's way to warm in the room. There is no parking each night when we get back becuase there is not enough spots for the hotel. The shower curtain has stains. There is so much dust build up on the wall it looks fuzzy. The ice machine is broken......

Good clean, quiet rooms

Awesome stay. We walked in. Front desk was very polite. Welcomeed us. Very friendly. I would highly recommend staying there again.
