Staff friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and the food was good. WiFi was a problem though. I was just looking for a place to spend a night in transit, and this was good value for money.

The place is generally good, I would highly recommend their Regina Pizza. The outstanding thing for me was the friendly staff and their eagerness to give the best service, their rooms are a bit small though. It's a good spot in Serowe to have a decent stay.

Walked in their restaurant for brunch, the service was good. The food was good too. However, the menus were small and not detailed, had to constantly enquire from the waitress.

We stopped here overnight. Clean and well equiped rooms. Great for a quick overnight stop.

This Hotel is in a good location and the Bar area is nice. We had dinner which was also good. However the reception area and welcome we received wasn't very friendly unfortunately, did feel very welcomed. Those working in the Bar and serving food were much better

We were quite pleasantly surprised at how comfortable this property was! Big rooms. Bathroom with shower and tub. Refrigerator and TV. A nice restaurant and pool side bar. All this and pet friendly!

The guests there are racist. Mostly the white people there.

It's not worth the waste of your time. This is honestly the worst place ever.
