Hôtel de luxe à la décoration chic africaine, évidemment très confortable. La soixantaine de chambres et studios semi-indépendants est équipée de tout le confort moderne pour répondre aux exigences des hommes d'affaires. L'effet impersonnel et aseptisé du service est légèrement atténué par la charmante cour intérieure, son salon et sa petite piscine de relaxation. L'hôtel est stratégiquement placé à côté du News Café, au cœur du quartier des affaires de la ville. Un service de navette pour l'aéroport est disponible gratuitement pour les clients.

We generally enjoyed our experience at this hotel. The rooms are large, airy and tastefully decorated. They are serviced on a daily basis. The general service was excellent, and the people working at the reception were friendly. We did not enjoy the pool, which seems like an afterthought and which is squeezed in a small (noisy) alleyway on the side of the hotel - definitely not large enough to do any serious swimming. The jacuzzi was out of order. We also did not like the News Cafe affiliated with the hotel, which had broken toilets (no toilet seats). The breakfast (which is served at the News Cafe) was not a real buffet where we could dish for ourselves, and get a second helping - we had to order from a menu.

Would be 5 star if its not for the breakfast is such a big let down.
It made me feel I'm in kindergarten ???? no butter eggs been butchered you cant tell them how to cook your egg as you must click on a form.
The beds and pillows was of high quality and clean the room is spacious

Cons:
1. Rooms not prepared ahead of time (no tea stuff, soaps, etc.)
2. TV was missing remote and some channels not working
3. Room missing aircon remote
4. Carpet was smelly
5. Restaurant/breakfast service very slow and limited food options (some stuff was even out of stock)
6. No shuttle service of their own, so not always booked to your order or time of choosing
For a "four star" hotel, nothing was there or if it was there it was broken or limited. Had to request things that should have been there and sort out issues on a daily basis.
