The service was good, letting you know now it is pricey. The food was just ok, it’s not on the level of the price point.

The old fish market is under a huge renovation. The current market is near the parking lot near the tour boats and the mariners museum. You will have to order view an app linked to a QR code on the tables, and it is brought out to you.

It’s alright, not great. Came when it was fairly sunny out and only ~20% of the tables have shade. Shrimp tray was decent, ceviche was good. For the price I was expecting it to be better but it’s not bad.

A One of a kind experience that only Fishermans Market can offer. It's been a long tradition in my family to eat here when we visit and we continue to do so even after the relocation. I highly recommend making reservations with or without an event being planned. Drink options are great and the food is always made to order and fresh. Truly a seafood lovers haven. The Oysters were fresh and a great size, with a very reasonable price compared to other locations that offer fresh oysters. Come with an empty stomach if you plan to order any of the tray options. We went with the super tray that fed 4 or more. I highly encourage a visit.

It was a really disappointing to to travel there.
Is nothing like it was actually the place is gone.
It was empty and very sad looking place.
Also the website don't show the place as it is now.
They still want travelers to go there knowing that they will be really disappointed to see what it's going on.

It was the worst seafood I have ever eaten. A bottle of water was 5.00. Outrageous prices for everything.

Currently outdoors while the new location is built. Great value for the money. Tons of shrimp on the shrimp plate. It was a bit of a cold and rainy day but the food was great.

San Pedro is not what it used to be. That being said, the seafood was OK. I was expecting more for my money. This seafood platter was $195.76. You can select what you want on the platter. You order with your phone so make sure you are able to view an order your meal. If not you, they have a walk up window where you can take care of business. We also ordered two margaritas. The margaritaswere OK

Didn't like the fact that you have to scan a QR code. Order your food and hope its good when it gets to your table. They couldn't find us. Took for ever.

The food is still great. The construction does suck because you have to wait to go in. I can't wait till they reopen in the spring! I'm super excited to see the new set up and to be able to select my own seafood

Well, not as I remember 2 years ago. But I wish they are going to have their spot back soon. Come and enjoy market atmosphere ???? with friends or family. Not for kids.

Wow I am both pleased and surprised at the experience of going to this place.
As I walked in to the market it smelt so much like fish this was until I realised that the smell was comeing from the prostertute behind me turns out they didnt smell fish If you know what I mean. Anyways had a great time other than the Russian dude in the corner stall who busted on the fish counter. Loved it 10 barrels of oil out of 3 buffalo wings.

The food needed more flavor, their sauce was too watery, the Lobster was rubbery and should have melted in my mouth, the potatoes were still hard, needed to be cooked more a needed seasoning. I will not be going back, I wasn’t impressed for the price the quality or flavor wasn’t there!

Saturday 3/16/24 Dinner at Ports O' Call Village in San Pedro with my cousin. Enjoying michaelda, shrimp cocktails, fish ceviche, and oysters by the oceanfront with a calm weather and no rain with fresh air and some smell of the seafood cooking.

The old Ports O Call Village has been demolished and plans to rebuild it is under construction which will take about two years according to a staff working there (unconfirmed). Right now, there are trailers and tents set up for the fish market food vendors and customers. They have set up a high technology ordering system. Each table has a bar scan with table number where you can order through your cell phone and they will bring your ordered of foods and beverages to your table; very convenient and no need to wait in line. Great ordering system!

I can’t wait until they are done rebuilding the buildings where it will be more permanent and return to it original Ports O’ Call Village’s essence that I’ve known before. Or to start a new tradition in all the newly built buildings.

Three stars is generous. The view is nice but this place reminds me of a tourist trap food truck park, not a fish market. They serve Pepsi instead of Coke and Hunts ketchup instead of Heinz, yet the prices reflect the quality of a top-notch establishment. You scan a QR code and order online. Their wifi doesn't work (unable to obtain an IP address). Food is prepared in trucks at the front of the establishment, and someone brings it to you. They add a 3.5% venue surcharge for "healthcare and other administrative costs" (not a gratuity). Plus, they ask for a tip for the service of bringing your food to you. Just raise the menu price to reflect these costs. Parking is free down at 22nd St, and a free trolly will bring you here if the small parking lot is full. Food wasn't bad but could have been better.

This place is a big disappointment. The service is slow, there are only a few tables with shade, and the food quality is not what it used to be before they moved to trailers during their reconstruction.
