I have 4 annual passes. 2 passes for my daughter and I. I bought these passes thinking I would get credit from the 3 regular tickets I purchased a week prior. In the process, I accidentally bought another set of 2 passes. I immediately called to get a Disney rep to help me fix my accident. They did not allow me to refund the accidental transaction. I emailed anyone I could to help me, guest services kept denying me. I am very frustrated. So since I cannot get a refund, I asked to have my friend and her daughter added to the extra annual passes. They denied that too!! What?! The tickets were not even activated. I am seriously disappointed with Disneyland. I want them rated NO Star for this service. I even explained my mental health issue and during the time of my accidental purchase I was experiencing anxiety, as I usually do, causing me to make this accidental. This single mom, military veteran and emergency room nurse gets no love from Disneyland. ????

Disneyland is overpriced and long wait times for rides no matter what time you're there, and worst of all...horrible people guests and castmembers. It takes 30 minutes just to pay to park, then another 30 minutes waiting in line to go through security and wait for the tram. Then once you get in the park, it's wall to wall people and wait times for popular rides are 1 hour on average. As I mentioned, the worst of it is the people. The people that go to this park have turned ghetto post 2020. People walk into you constantly ramming past you as if you're not there. And it's not just me, friends and family that have gone recently pointed out the same complaints. People also cut in line as if you're not there. You're walking to go in line and they literally speed walk and cut you off like they do in traffic.

Disney is watching everyone on camera's all over the park, but what's the point of that if they're not putting a stop to unruly guests like that? Disney also needs to stop offering annual passes and magic key silliness and paying extra to get to the front of the line. And I had been an annual passholder since the early 90's. It's no longer worth it. The crowd levels are too high everyday. Disneyland was once a magical place and the happiest place on Earth. It is now one of the worst places on Earth and you have humankind to thank for that.

Also, they have too many rides being renovated like Haunted Mansion and Splash Mountain, both are unnecessary renovations. Several of the few rides open keep breaking down and temporarily closing like Indiana Jones, Thunder Mountain, Space Mountain, Mickey Minnie's Runaway Train. And that's on and off all day.

False advertising. Instead of making the process simple, they make it complicated. Everything had to be done through app. The Genie Pass can only be purchased in the park once you have a ticket.

When you get in the park you're not going to take the time to read the full description of the Genie Pass offer; you're there to have fun with your family. If you purchase Disney's version of a fast Pass you can't use it on their most popular ride, Rise of the Resistance. This is after spending $800 for a family -- just to get in the park.

You have to purchase a Lightning Lane pass for that ride -- but only for that ride, for that one time -- and you don't know that until you walk to the opposite side of the park to get on that one ride.

Ok you say, fair enough. Let me get a refund on my Genie Pass right? Easy peazy. Nope.

The Genie Pass is non-refundable. Even if you tell guest services you're not going to use it. Even if you let them know you made an honest mistake. Even if this tarnished your experience and it's no longer the happiest place on Earth.

This is deceptive marketing, and it's not reasonable at all. Nobody's going to read the Genie Pass fine print once their in the park, but if they do its going to be a giant distraction and take away from the experience.

Do your research. Don't be deceived.
