The place was closed when we stopped by hoping for some fish. Menu looked nice. Gave them 4 stars for the wildlife outside.

Delightful seafood specials with large giant cooked crabs, sweet potato fries, fresh fried fish and chips, calamari, smoked salmon, absolutely out of this world taste. My daughter loves the dishes, especially grilled cheese sandwiches. Family favorite.

Not our first or last time eating here. We drive the coast often and stop for lunch here when passing by. The fish and chips are delish!

Surprised how small the oysters were.
Liked the butter garlic oysters better than BBQ; however, the BBQ oysters were larger than tablespoon size oysters with butter garlic. Delicious. Gf clam chowder very good.

I suspected this place was a total tourist trap when I walked in with all of the "merch," and the food was right on point with my skepticism. The markup for bottled beverages in their reach-in cooler is bonkers. $4.99 for a can of soda?

Clam chowder was watery and bland, and had almost no clams in it. Seriously one of the saddest bowls of chowder I've had on any coast. The skimpy portion of fries was soggy and fried in dirty oil, and the fish had absolutely no taste whatsoever. Drowning it in chipotle mayo couldn't save it from its lackluster fate. The only upside here was the selection of local beers on tap.

So $40 later (a pint, fish&chips, and a small cup of chowder is what this gets you), I feel like one could do a lot better for their money in this area after looking at menu prices for some of the other spots. Fortunately for this outfit, most of the other local fish and oyster spots are closed at 5PM on a Tuesday, so they'll gladly soak up the dinner crowd ready to overpay for mid seafood.

You order from a kiosk or at the inside counter. We ordered from the kiosk outside. We ordered fish tacos, garlic butter oysters, clam chowder and kids grilled cheese with 3 drinks. Flavor was amazing and the ambiance was perfect. We opted to eat on the picnic tables right next to the beach/cove area during sunset. It was amazing! Bring a sweater cuz it was a bit chilly but awesome nonetheless. They don’t serve you, you pick up your food after being called. Overall great place.

The clam chowder is excellent and not to be missed. Fish dishes are fresh and tasty and we loved the variety of sauces available for dipping. Lots of outdoor seating available and a good sized parking lot.

People were friendly and it is a lively place. The fish tacos and the rockfish & chips were okay. Food was decent but with a place called Fishetarian Fish Market, I was expecting to be *wow-ed* and hence I was a bit disappointed. Also, way over-price for the quality and for the portion size. I would keep my money for somewhere else.

Don't miss this place while in Bodega Bay. There isn't a thing on the menu I wouldn't order. Amazing gluten free options for my wife. Nice outdoor dining area. Catch a sunset and dinner and you won't be disappointed.

Awesome little place to grab food when you get to Bodega Bay before you start your adventure around the area. The Fish N Chips hit the spot after golfing at The Links at Bodega Harbor. I've enjoyed the Rock Fish sandwich and my wife enjoyed the Ahi Tuna sandwich as well before.

This fish market has been around for many years and not many last this long if one doesn't have something good going. The clam chowder soup is delicious, their service is fast , the food is fresh, like their Crab sandwich, Oysters, Fish and more, served with a big friendly smile.
Large selection of beverages.
The location has great water views, the ride their is very pleasant. Highly recommended.

We stopped by to buy a whole cooked crab. I was told that they are local and fresh daily. I spent $22.00 for one crab. We had it on ice and refrigerated. The next day we cracked and cleaned it. I eat alot of crab, but this one was dry and had no flavor. The leg meat broke apart as I was taking it out of the shell. I did call to let them know, but the gal that answered the phone said that she was sorry and didn't know what to do. She didn't offer a refund or anything. I am very disappointed and won't return. I don't like to complain, but I am very disappointed.

We stopped here on our way back to SF and it was totally worth it. The menu has a great selection and everyone was happy. The grilled oysters with butter and garlic were really remarkable. We will come back someday!

Great menu, even if there’s a line it moves fast, the kitchen is working real hard making sure orders are going out fast, their kale coleslaw is delicious.
I think a lot if not all the seafood is locally sourced.
The tables outside are pet friendly

Reliably excellent clam chowder. We live in the area and this is our go-to place for clam chowder and fish tacos. All outdoor or take away dining which suits us fine.
