A marvellous experience doing afternoon tea in such a beautiful place. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Went for the Easter Brunch. All the buffet is indoor and there are no live stations. There is an à la carte menu for eggs which is nice.

The selection of food was quite nice and what I enjoyed the most were the entrées which were all very tasty and well thought of. The mains were average with again a large selection of sea and earth. I don't have much of a sweet tooth but there were a large variety of cakes, fresh fruits and chocolate fountain.

The service was also great with very attentive and polite staff, kudos to them.

Overall, enjoyed my time there and would recommend.

Unser Abend war wunderschön - Die Mitarbeiter sind irrsinnig freundlich und zuvorkommend - man fühlt sich wie eine Königin! Gekrönt wurde das ganze Erlebnis mit einem Piano Spieler, der wunderbar live gespielt hat! Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und sehr raffiniert, wir würden sofort wieder kommen! Preise sehr angemessen!

We had the salmon fantasy as a starter and the special dish (chateaubriand) as a main course, which was amazingly cooked! For desert we went for tiramisu and for wine we had the south African merlot. We enjoyed our meal, especially since there was also live music performed by a piano player. At the end the chef came and thanked everyone for their presence mentioning that ot was a pleasure to cook for us. This was a very nice touch! Congratulations to the team!

J'ai envoyé un mail 3 semaines avant d'arriver a Maurice pour réserver une table un mercredi soir. On me répond que les réservations ne sont pas encore ouvertes et que je dois refaire un mail plus tard. Je refais un mail, pas de réponse, j'appelle pas de réponse, une 2e fois on me dit de rappeler le lendemain, le lendemain j'ai du appeler trois fois pour que finalement on me dise que l'établissement n'est pas ouvert le mercredi !!
Une honte pour un établissement de disant gastronomique !!!!!

Great experience. The food was fantastic and really good service.
The building and surroundings are espectacular.
There was a pianist playing most of the time while we were there. It was absolutely beautiful.

We ate here for our anniversary. Unfortunately for how nice the grounds, view and atmosphere was it can't make up for the horrible food and over priced for portions. We share the caviar app and you got 3 caviar eggs on each (2) pieces of cheese then we had the famous lobster soup. Maybe its famous for tasting dirty and burnt with over cooked lobster piece in soup. We then were served Chateau Briand that was ordered medium rare and came out you guessed it medium well. They also made a point many times that slacks, collard shirts and closed toe shoes are required for men at Dinner. Maybe I am an ignorant American. Our table was next to two men wearing jeans, table inside had a gentlemen wear a tshirt and sneakers, another was wearing a baseball cap and collarless shirt. Don't waste your money or time here. Go to Chatea Bel Ombrie.

Fine dining Resturant auf der Anlage von Maritim Spa Resort auf Mauritius. Qualität und geschmacklich unschlagbar. Frische Zutaten mit Liebe gekocht. Gute Auswahl an Wein und Spirituosen. Preise gehoben dennoch angemessen. Mitarbeiter unglaublich aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wie fühlten und von erste Minuten gut aufgehoben und willkommen

Transfert de l'Hôtel MARITIM Resort & Spa Mauritius en voiturette jusqu'au Restaurant Château Mon Desir. Accueil et Service super. Repas excellent, la nuit, sur la terrasse. Prix pas excessifs du tout ! Très satisfait de la soirée !

Very nice place and it should not be missed. The chateau has been renovated and well maintained. The food was nice but there was too much sweet dishes. The ruins and history are a must.

Aucun service. Tina ainsi qu’un autre de ses collègues ont été incapable de m’assister afin de faire une réservation. Après avoir appelé 5 fois, demande de l’aide, aucune assistance. Service à revoir!

Overall good but not exceptional. Nice setting, good service. The amuse was a little piece of cheese with compote and some salade… no cooking skills needed to serve that! I liked the bisque the most out of the 3 courses we ordered. Duo of lobster had good sauces but the raviolis were to thick and plain so I could not taste their filling.

Je met 5 pour ne pas casser la note mais je n'y suis pas aller. Nous n avons pas pu y rentrer car c est seulement sur réservation le week end. Dommage. J aurai bien voulu goûter les plats et voir le cadre

Das CMD ist als Maritim Gast kostenpflichtig, aber sehr zu empfehlen. Geschmacklich und qualitativ bildet es die Speerspitze der Restaurants im Hotel Maritim. Wunderbare Atmosphäre und überragendes Essen, was natürlich seinen Preis hat. Auch der Service ist super. Das einzige, was ich etwas störend fand, war das die Perfektion nicht in den Toiletten fortgesetzt wurde (alte Drückerplatten, nicht sauber montiert etc.).

Le brunch du dimanche : LE TOP

Chaque dimanche, la Table du château propose un brunch d'excellente qualité. (est compris un verre de vin) . Les plats sont raffinés, des entrées,( même des viandes) aux desserts délicieux. Nous y retournons chaque année lors de notre séjour à Maurice.
Le cadre est magnifique et vous pourrez également vous promener et apprécier les jardins et les ruines de cet endroit "à part" . Un détour incontournable si vous êtes dans le Nord de l'île.
