The experience at the Hilton Resort was great! The staff is very friendly and they really care about your needs. The restaurants were very good and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. All staff were so lovely and helpful. Cant remember everyones name but we would like to give special thank you to Deepak (concierge), Nina, Akash (reception), Dhanish (waiter) Kapeel (bar), Hemant (chef) Melissa and Cedric (activities team) and the indian lady who makes the Faratas! Beautiful beach setting where you can walk 100m out to sea. Great to see fishes in the morning snorkeling. Short bus ride to local malls and shops.

Das Hilton in Flic en Flac ist ein ganz besonderer Ort. Die Anlage des Gartens ist traumhaft gut gelungen; die vielen Wasserflächen der sich organisch in die Landschaft einfügenden Schwimmbecken und "Flüsse" erzielen einen kühlenden Effekt und sind natürlich ein echter Eyecatcher. Außerdem werden die Außenanlagen ständiger fachmännisch gepflegt.
Das Personal ist ausgesucht zuvorkommend und wir fühlten uns vom Willkommen bis zum Abschied in hohem Maße wertgeschätzt.
Es gibt aktuell vier Restaurants auf dem Gelände, darunter ein Buffett Restaurant, in welchem auch das Frühstück serviert wird, je ein am Abend geöffnetes thailändisches und indisches Lokal und das Coquinelle am Strand, wo man den ganzen Tag über sehr gut speist.
Die Zimmer sind groß, verfügen alle über einen Balkon und haben durchgängig Blick zum Meer.
Des Abends gibt es immer irgendwo Livemusik und auch dabei spürt man, dass die Angestellten des Hotels mit Herzblut versuchen, das positive Lebensgefühl an Ihre Gästen weiterzugeben.

Perfekter Ort für einen Traumurlaub um einfach mal die Seele baumeln zu lassen.
Oder einfach über das Hotel einen Mietwagen nehmen und die Insel erkunden.

Alleine schon die Ankunft im Hotel war sehr schön und sehr entspannt.
Wie gesagt hier kann man seinen Traumurlaub verbringen. :-)

It was lovely to walk into a fully renovated room and hotel. Love the openness, ambiance and new colour scheme - trendy and welcoming. The hotel just opened and staff are still getting trained. Nice to see familiar faces with great hilton hospitality are back after the rennovation. Daniel to mention a few. So nice to be greeted by great service and welcoming feeling. Ginger Thai's food and new look very special. Poh, the chef, thanks for making the time to come and say hi again. It is these special moments that makes the Hilton in mauritius the best place to stay.

Booked this hotel for my partners birthday. Checkin was seamless and the staff on arrival were very friendly explaining the resort and giving information. They even managed to get our room ready prior to checkin time. Upon entering the room I advised the receptionist that there was no kettle. He said he would bring one. By the evening still no kettle so I asked the housekeeping lady who said she would get room service to deliver one, despite waiting for a few hours still nothing. Upon making reservation I contacted Valentina Moonesawmy and advised her it was my partners birthday. She advised she would arrange a cake for her which would have been a nice surprise. But guess what no cake arrived, yet another shortfall of service. Hotel was overall nice and clean, they have just finished refurbishing it so we had a small issue with toilet leaking and minibar not being stocked but no big deal. Pity about the staff forgetting that it's the small things that matter and make a guests stay. Not what I expected from hilton!

De loin le meilleur hôtel que nous ayons fait sur l'île ces 3 dernières années. En dehors des prestations haut de gamme fournies par ce type d'hôtel, la grosse valeur ajoutée de l'établissement est, selon nous, le personnel qui a été exceptionnel. Deepa, Stéphanie, Jane, Owen, et les autres ... les enfants nous parlent encore de vous. Nous reviendrons c'est certain.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille au sein de cet hôtel il y a plus d'un mois. Personnel très bienveillant, aux petits soins, un grand merci à eux et particulièrement à Cashmeera, Deepa, Kunal et les managers du buffet restaurant)

I have mixed emotions about this resort. The location is breathtakingly beautiful. But we were here on business with very little time to enjoy the scenery, let alone the lavish pools and beach.
The rooms are spacious and have all the mod cons. They also have a slightly lived-in feeling that I would expect from a four-star hotel but not a luxury resort. Nothing that an upholsterer and a painter could not easily fix - but it's not been done, yet.
Breakfast was very much OK, albeit not outstanding given, and we'll come to that in a moment, the price.
WiFi is free and works reasonably well for work but not for streaming, if that is your thing. There are no convenience stores or similar to be found. Which brings me to food...
The buffet we went for on the first evening was, delicately put, very much sub standard and extortionately priced. By which I mean €60 for the buffet with not even tap water included. We ended up paying €80 per person in exchange for what can best be described as canteen food. Just a few minutes down the road by taxi, several very good and moderately priced restaurants can be found, and I would encourage everyone to steer clear of the buffet.
Speaking of prices, we were here on a company bill, so, no complaints. But €300 per night for this resort seems quite unreasonable.
That is not to say that the stay was not pleasant. It was, and very much so. But the resort is "OK," not "great" or "outstanding."

Séjour extra (14 nuits) au Hilton Mauritius de Flic-en-Flac ! Dans un établissement haut de gamme, très propre, nous avons profité des infrastructures de qualité (merci pour la piscine adult only !). Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien insonorisées et bien entretenues. Si on devait chipoter, je mettrais un petit bémol sur la clim' un peu bruyante (mais l'hôtel entre en phase de travaux pour 6 mois, sans doute que ce petit désagrément sera attenué).
Restaurantion très copieuse, variée et de qualité !
Mais le gros gros point fort de l'établissement, c'est son personnel, surtout à la restauration et à l'Hisbiscus bar ! Widley, Maya, Chloé et Prémina sont le sourire et l'accueil Mauritien incarnés ! Merci à eux car ils ont fait de ce séjour une franche réussite !
Pour les activités, le club de plongee NEMO est à cinq minutes à pieds par la plage. Pour les excursions, il y a le chauffeur de taxi JACK dont vous trouverez les coordonnées sur les forums du ROUTARD.
Merci à l'équipe du HILTON, je pense que nous y reviendrons.

This Hilton resort is a paradise, the staff is incredibly nice and helpful and they react so fast to any small need you may have. They are amazing. The resort is modern and has everything you need. I recommend going for a walk on the beach in the south direction, it is beautiful.
