Our stay at the hotel was truly memorable for our first wedding anniversary.
From the housekeeping team to the restaurant’s staffs, their service and hospitality were second to none.
Just to name a few of the staffs who have truly won us over includes the wonderful team (Chandrasen, Vikram, Nisha, Vimala, Ludovic)at the Patio Restaurant led by Mr Santoo. They were truly passionate and dedicated about their job and they ensured that we did not lacked anything at the restaurant.
We were truly pampered by the housekeeping team led by Mrs Priya who is very friendly and caring always ensuring everything was to our liking. Her team members Pranish and Ritish surprised us with a beautiful room decoration and romantic music on our wedding anniversary which were very touching to us.
Overall it was a truly lovely and memorable stay and the hotel surrounding is the icing on the cake.

Had a beautiful holiday here at Sugar Beach!
The staff is amazing , friendly & helpful. Food is delicious & you have a big variety everyday.
But there are a lot of families with kids here, so you have to be used to the action & loudness !

Amazing experience at Sugar Beach. Cannot recommend enough for their professionalism and caring staff. Mrs Jennifer and her wonderful team made our stay at the hotel an memorable one. From food to amenities and service, everything deserved praise. Hats off team Sugar Beach. 10/10

Les chambres et l'hôtel sont vraiment superbes. Le service n'est lui pas du tout à la hauteur des lieux. Du coup cet hôtel n'est pas du tout à la hauteur pour les prix proposés.
C'était pourtant mon 3e voyage, je n'y retournerai plus.
