Sans aucun doute le pire hôtel de notre voyage. Un véritable désastre. La piscine, qui semble si belle sur les photos, est insalubre. Verte...horrible, on ne voyait même pas le fond.

Espace clos, avec de grandes surfaces de jardin et des chambres spacieuses de plain-pied, auxquelles on accède directement par le jardin. Il serait appréciable d'avoir des moustiquaires sur les lits. Le restaurant est bon, bien que les menus soient limités. Le plus remarquable est le personnel de service.

Pas de salle climatisée, seulement dans la chambre. Avec des températures de 35 degrés. Buffet symbolique, il faut commander ce que l'on veut au serveur, rien pour obtenir ce que l'on veut sauf des boissons et pas grand chose d'autre.
Piscine avec une eau très mauvaise. Finestres de l'habitaciò penoses. Plat de dutxa molt lliscant.

Quel bel hôtel avec un personnel extraordinaire. Le personnel s'est surpassé pour répondre à tous nos besoins. La nourriture du restaurant est délicieuse, l'air conditionné est excellent et nous avions une magnifique baignoire à remous ! Chaque fois que je retournerai à Victoria Falls, je séjournerai à coup sûr au Bayete !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Bayete. Les chambres sont très confortables et propres. La douche est étonnante avec beaucoup de pression. ||Le personnel était attentif et le choix du petit déjeuner était très bon. ||Le jardin est très bien entretenu et la piscine est très accueillante et entourée de chaises longues pour se détendre et profiter de l'environnement. Nous reviendrons !

Une excellente façon de terminer notre voyage en Afrique. Nous avons passé deux nuits dans ce charmant hôtel/lodge à Victoria Falls. La chambre était très propre et spacieuse et le lodge était situé dans un cadre spectaculaire avec piscine incluse. La nourriture était délicieuse et le personnel très sympathique. Hautement recommandable.

Nous avons séjourné au Bayete Guest Lodge lors de notre visite des chutes Victoria et nous le recommandons vivement. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre à deux lits, la chambre était impeccablement faite et ultra propre. L'endroit est également très sûr et sécurisé. Il était agréable de s'asseoir au bord de la piscine le soir avec une bière Zambesi et de profiter de notre séjour.

Séjour confortable et paisible avec un accès facile au centre. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits et les chambres étaient confortables et toujours propres. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le fait qu'ils aient mis en place un service d'accueil et qu'ils aient veillé à ce que les fenêtres et l'air frais pénètrent dans les chambres tous les jours. Le personnel et l'équipe sont dignes de mention. Charles et Ashleigh ont toujours été serviables et ont répondu à tous les besoins. J'ai également apprécié le fait que vous disposiez d'une clé de porte, ce qui était parfait pour permettre aux taxis d'entrer à votre rythme et d'arriver à l'hôtel et d'en repartir. Je recommanderais certainement ce lodge à d'autres voyageurs.

Expensive and a bit too off-the-grid for the rates charged. Wi-Fi is virtually non-existent, and menu and leisure are limited.

We do apologise for the issues you experienced with making your final payment. Unfortunately these difficulties were out of our control. Our local card machines were out of service while the national banking system was updating to accommodate the new ZiG currency. Our team did make an effort to work with you and ended up making a plan with an alternative payment method. We appreciate your patience and understanding with our team.

Very nice small guest lodge set within lovely gardens and away from the busy roads. Nice friendly staff ,great food and good size rooms . Great location for visiting the Victoria Falls , only a $5 taxi ride away. Well worth a stay.

The rooms are beautifully done out, a definite touch of luxury and spotless. The pool is a much needed and enjoyed facility. All staff are friendly and helpful. The menu, although limited, has tasty choices.

Saubere kleine Lodge in Victoria Falls nicht weit von den Fällen.
Netter kleiner Pool, tolles Frühstück und vorallem höfliches und lächelndes Personal.

We stayed at the Bayete Lodge during the Christmas period, it was an amazing time to say the least. Food was excellent, service from each and everyone from reception to restaurant was impeccable ???? I would like to mention Ropa from reception/ hostess who, when she heard it was our anniversary, made it very, very special with a surprise in our room. They were always available to assist.......will definitely return and highly recommend to anyone going to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe ???????? ????

I a m not sure where to start with Bayete Guest Lodge.The hospitality is above and beyond.James in house keeping if l won lottery l be sure to share some of it with you.(jokes).Charles no words for you .But let me say you are above and beyond Charles.Chris the ginger you offered me that day when l was feeling sick l still have it .I hope and wish that God will provide you with a lot of success and happiness.There was guys that was always working on the pool and gardening ,l just want to say you are excellent.I wish l could remember names Lord.When l needed help one night l went to the office and was closed but there were two guys that came and help me with the millepede.I was so scared and they went above and beyond.Two girls in the office please keep up the good work.Let me say thank you to the cooks.And let me say thank you so much to the whole staff.If l forgot someone please forgive me.Who ever owns Bayete needs to give you all a raise.Your staff is above and beyond.I am back home now and sharing all the pictures.Everyone is loving them.Keep up the good work and the good hospitality.Sorry l could not name all of them just because l forgot your names.But you are in my mind.I give you 10stars.
