Our room was disgusting. It had cigarette burns all over the room and bedding, dirt and filth everywhere, the tables & counters were nasty, and the table was broken. The tv wouldn't work and when I called the front desk for assistance she acted as if it were an annoyance and she didn't want to be bothered. For $140 I would've hoped for a clean room at the least... my feet were sticky and black from walking to the bathroom just a few times! Horrible!

Nothing about the room or service, the staff was very rude and the rooms were very dirty. I guess you pay for what you get. Trash hiding behind the nightstand, juice bottles behind the bathroom door. Staff does not clean. Tub/ shower very fility bring your own cleaning supplies please!!!!! I also broke out with small rashes on my skin from this place, roaches practically took over. I would never stay here again. The board of health needs to go do and inpection seriously

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Rooms are horrible and dirty. There was items missing from my room. When we contacted manager she could not help us because the housekeeper did not speak english and there was no way of asking about my missing items.

The room was good for price. No bugs or smell as previous reviews I saw stated. Towels and bedding were clean. Staff was helpful. Jameisha at the front desk and Niha(sp) security lady and even the manager Christiana were extremely helpful when our door lock disabled after hours. We were offered another room but they went above and beyond to get our room opened. Breakfast was great! Over a dozen different items to choose from. Didn't get the name of breakfast attendant, but she was cleaning and refilling items the whole time. Pool did not look like it should be used. The only bad thing I could say is the cigarette butts outside every where and some of the electrical outlets in the room didnt work. Overall we had a great stay!

My single worst hotel experience (and I've stayed at Iraqi hotels). Terrible service. No guest could check in until hours after the stated check-in time. Dozens of guests waiting to check in were crammed in the lobby. No manager on staff to help. No help from the corporate office when I called them. No offer of partial refund. Also, the coffee machine wasn't working and was pouring coffee onto the lobby floor.

I checked into this smelly , funk , pissy, moldy hotel room without checking the reviews. I’m exhausted from driving from Atlanta and wanted to check in the room put my food up, shower and sleep! The GM was very unprofessional
She tried to raise her voice at me like I’m a child. No apologies, just went in to defense mode because I stated my concerns to the front desk, which I found out was her Daughter ????
The front desk employee was very nice, but they both should know the conditions of their rooms before they charge my bank card!!! I will get to my Office in City Hall and request a meeting with Upper management!
I’m not a person that’s hard to get along with , but I expect good communication and customer service!!
No Microwave no Refrigerator!!! Instead of being rude she should be inspecting these lousy rooms and practicing a more professional approach!

My mom made reservations in July 2023 requesting a handicap room with 1st floor access as she can't walk well. She told the we would be arriving late as we were driving all day. They did not save our room so we spent an hour trying to get it figured out. It was almost midnight when we decided we needed to crash so we took the available room on the 2nd floor. They refused to discount anything.

When we got in the room, I went to the restroom and it was filthy. The toilet had poop in it. My shoes were sticking to the floor and the walls had random splatters of what I hope was cough medicine on them.
The floors were not vacuumed and I saw 2 random pills on the carpet.
The bed looked sketchy, so I "slept" in the recliner fully clothed with my shoes on. Mu mom said the beds were very uncomfortable and needed replacing....with the rest of the furnature. In the morning, I refused to shower in the bathroom because it was gross too. I didn't even open my suitcase and just brought it to the car. The pool was full but solid green.
Outsude, the lush grounds were confetitied with trash, cigarette butts and discarded condoms. There was a person wandering around the parking lot asking for money then went to hotel doors.
Can I give ZERO stars?????

This hotel is horrible! We had the worst experience during our stay. The room smelled horrible, the water did not stay hot, several lights did not work, the bathroom door was broken, there were cracks in the walls & no coffee pot. The people next to us fought all night long followed by gun shots. I will not be staying at a La Quinta in again! Do not recommend staying here for any reason.

Facility has trash everywhere, hot water works for only 10 minutes and then ice cold, had no extra pillows when requested, breakfast was only a waffle maker, cereal and yogurt, tv had no remote for tv, two power outlets on the wall didn’t work and only had light for the whole room with a small lamp. Mold growing in shower and grime around it. Beds were worn so bad. Was a horrible experience staying here and won’t be back again .

I would not recommend this hotel unless you need something very affordable and for a quick overnight stay. The lock on my door was broken. The window which faced a walkway only had sheer curtains on it so there was no privacy. The shower curtain had hairs stuck on it. The restroom in the lobby states out of order, but they told me I could still use it because it was just a clogged sink therefore I couldn’t wash my hands, but I could still use the toilet. I was advised prior to arriving that I would be able to check in early and when I got there I was told I could not. Which I could’ve understood if the front desk woman had bothered to be polite and acknowledged me when I entered and stood in front of her. In her defense she may not have heard me due to her AirPods being in her ears.

The only positive of this hotel? Location. However, you sacrifice everything else. We had no hot water the first night of our stay. We booked a double bed room (a normal person would expect this to be for 2 people) but they only had one bar of soap. We asked the front desk for more soap and they had none to give us. They forced us to go to a store, late at night after traveling all day, to buy more soap. The elevator was the sketchiest thing I've ever seen. And my bed covers had cigarette holes in them.

We asked for compensation and they shut us down. A joke of a hotel. STAY AWAY.

They deserve to be shut down by inspectors they are ignorant ppl. The workers have bad attitudes because you don't wanna stay in a room for days without any sheets changed or room cleaned. Gets an attitude when u keep calling everyday for someone to come. Do not come to this hotel its not worth your money or time.

I have never been in a more gross room. There was actual poop on the wall in the bathroom, along with mold, missing base boards, no blankets on the bed (we asked for them but they wouldn't give us any) we couldn't find any other hotels since it was Mardi Gras weekend, and the hotel we booked was shut down with zero notice. When we called the customer support line about it, they didn't believe the original hotel was shut down. After about an hour of back and forth they put us here... avoid this place!!
