I made a reservation with specific requests that they were unable to accommodate! Yet, wanted my business anyway. I called to see what we could do to accommodate me but was met with the most rude person I’ve ever encountered, Don. He was adamant there was nothing they can do and even proceeded to cancel my reservation without my consent yet refused a refund. How do YOU cancel someone’s reservation and not give them their money back??? I was a loyalty member and have spent so much money here but never again! I’ve never been treated this way in my life , let alone somewhere I’ve spent a fortune at. I will definitely be spreading the word everywhere I can to deter people from staying here! And Don definitely needs to be retrained in hospitality! I’ve also made a complaint via the BBB. Disappointing and unfortunate. Do better.

They don’t call it Best Western for nothing! The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great and had lots of options. Will definitely come back on our next visit to NOLA!

The hotel has what you need for a stay in the area. It does not have the New Orleans vibe outside the hotel, but inside the courtyard area, the pool, bar, and lounge area is well done. Breakfast is good with many southern staples like grits, biscuits and gravy, breakfast meats, and eggs.

Also, Becky is a wonder, she worked the front desk and bar while I was there when someone called out. She cared about providing the best service and she deserves a raise.

Awarding BWP West Bank 1 star due to unprofessional service and lack of customer care along with violation and forgery of US Military contract.

Do not book with this establishment and DO NOT WORK with Mr. Barry LaFrance.

Stayed here for a two week work period rooms are clean staff is excellent the pool are is the only issue since I've stayed here due to noisy loud guests but the hotel is a good place to stay the breakfast was awesome

Toutes les chambres sont autour d’un grand patio charmant avec la piscine se qui rend le cadre agréable cependant pour la tranquillité le soir c’est pas top surtout le vendredi et samedi soir petit conseil ne pas y séjourner un week-end si vous voulez être tranquille, des amis et familles viennent y passer leur week-end et donc le soir ils se réunissent tous dans le patio et bord de piscine pour y manger, boire, parler et rigoler fort jusqu’à pas d’heure sans se préoccuper des autres clients…..le personnel de l’hôtel ne fait rien pour y remédier !!
L’eau de la piscine est restée trouble pendant tout notre séjour (3 nuits) ça donnait pas trop envie d’aller s’y baigner.

Best night club in town!!! Party in the patio from about 9pm to approximately 4am monday thru sunday it is byob just so you know! Guaranteed sleepless nights here!!!

It's a hotel. The hotel surrounds a pool and bar that attracts young drunks that make noise all night long. It's more like a nightclub than a place to rest. Thin walls, made to hear all. Dirty hallways and bugs everywhere. Staff is amazing, and the breakfast is good. Pretty good parking and close to food and a gym, and a busy freeway. Expensive restaurant next door with subpar staff. For the area, it's good, not for families or sleepy people.

Just left there a few days ago and it was excellent. Room stayed clean. Housekeeping was nice. The restaurant next it was ok. Definitely coming back soon

Awesome hotel. Breakfast is very much worth the money and the hotel bar/restaurant is on point. Becky is GREAT. These drinks are nice and strong, NOLA style. Staff are all nice and overall the stay is very comfortable. For a family of 5, 2 adults, a 14yr old, 8yr old and 16month old, it’s very very accommodating. They even had a nice crib for the baby!!!! Love it. And it’s Mardi Gras season!!!!!!! Spent the last night at the hotel bar drinking with a bunch of random but awesome folks. Safe, clean, friendly and not too far from New Orleans. Plus the price point was awesome when we booked it.

Great Hotel!! Didnt have time to visit the restaurant connected to it, great location on Manhattan , its location is on a strip where you can eat in nice places, shopping and movie theater.. i will go back here.

Outstanding!! Very pleasant place to be. Great place to lay your head and enjoy the comfy king size bed and fluffy pillows which u get alot of. Very roomy and very clean. I've stayed at almost all the hotels around that area and this was the most convenient and relaxing place to stay. Keep up the great work and I'll be back soon. And I will spread the good news. Thanks you guys.
