Thank you for sharing your feedback on your recent stay at CaranaBeach Hotel. We appreciate your compliments on the spacious and clean chalets, as well as the friendly staff and breakfast variety.
Your concerns regarding certain defects in the infrastructure have been acknowledged and we can assure you that we are actively working to address the issues.

In regards to the sea conditions in September, we appreciate your understanding that this is beyond our control. At certain times of the year, the seas in front of our hotel are a little rougher than usual. However, the ocean temperatures are still warm, and it is still enjoyable to swim. However, if guests prefer, they can swim in our ocean-facing infinity pool just steps away from the beach.

We are sorry to hear that our location posed challenges for you. CaranaBeach Hotel is located in a beautiful environment and lies minutes away from the ever so popular, beautiful Beau Vallon Beach, with its promenade and various restaurants, bars and watersports activities. Seychelles’ vibrant capital, Victoria, is also only a few minutes drive from our hotel, and easily accessible via car, taxi or bus (there is a bus stop directly outside our hotel). Our friendly team at the Front Desk are always available to assist guests wanting to explore beyond the hotel.

We apologize if the staff seemed distant, and we will ensure to reinforce our commitment to a warmer and attentive service. Your comments about dinner have been noted, and we will review our offerings to ensure they meet expectations.
