Là-haut, tout là-haut, sur la pointe nord de Mahé, le Carana est un établissement de grand standing. Les 40 chalets, dont 12 avec piscine à débordement privée, proposent des matériaux nobles et des tons gris et pastels. Depuis chaque chalet, on a évidemment une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Un océan dont on peut également profiter depuis la plage de l'hôtel. A moins que l'on ne préfère la superbe piscine à débordement qui la surplombe. Évidemment, un spa dernier cri vous attend et, après un verre au beach bar, on s'attable à l'Orizon, la (bonne) table du Carana.

Il n’y a pas assez d’étoiles pour noter la qualité des chambres !
Il n’y a pas non plus assez d’étoiles pour noter le service et la disponibilité du personnel, c’est tout simplement hors normes !!!!

Cet hôtel est une merveille !! Le personnel est gentil et souriant, les chambres sont superbes et le restaurant.. wahou !! Rien à redire une pépite !!! Le seul petit inconvénients pourrait être sa localisation un peu excentrée mais qui reste à 15min en voiture de la ville donc raisonnable !

Formidable hôtel avec accès à une plage paradisiaque. Chambre avec vue sur l'océan, hygiène impeccable et personnel incroyablement gentil, attachant et serviable. Qualité de la nourriture et des boissons excellente, au resto comme au bar. Le petit déjeuner avec vue vous coupera le souffle le premier jour ! SPA au top. Marco le resident manager met beaucoup de cœur dans la gestion et ça se voit. On ne pouvait pas rêver mieux pour notre lune de miel: le Carana est un endroit calme, presque intimiste, bien loin des nids à touristes que l'on trouve ailleurs sur l'archipel. Tout a été fait pour qu'on s'y sente acceuillis, choyés et en sécurité. Merci à toute l'équipe !
