Stayed here for 9 nights with my partner in November 2022. It really is sensational.

The hotel itself is brand new, the rooms are great, the staff are the best I've ever come across in Seychelles, it's not too busy, the food and drinks were great and the location was super convenient for us.

I could write an entire paragraph about the quality of the breakfast. It's rare for a chef to be able to make basic dishes in such a tasty way. You can get eggs anywhere for example, but it is quite rare to get eggs cooked in such a way that they're an exciting prospect. This was true of more or less every dish. Also, the breakfast menu is significant, so there are tons of options available, and even the fruit is just the right level of ripeness to be as tasty as the cooked options.

During our stay we took the opportunity to visit some of the other hotels/resorts we had considered staying in for lunch/dinner, and while some of them had a lot to offer, we left each one feeling very sure we had made the right choice by staying in L'Escale. It was just the most complete package of all of them, and I have no doubt this hotel will be impossible to get a room in in the future once it gets some more traction.

The only (and I'm really nit-picking here) things that could be improved are the soundproofing between the room (mine had a door to the room next door which was too thin), and the fact that there was a sanctioned russian oligarch's yacht spoiling the view for entire stay. The boat was so big it actually really got in the way, and that's aside from it's presence being problematic in itself.

I'd highly recommend. Keep up the good work.

Wir haben für unseren Abreisetag einen 'day pass' für den Zugang zum Hotel gebucht. Obwohl er day pass heißt sind nur 6h inkludiert. In der Mail hieß es, man dürfe zusätzlich zum Pool 'all other hotel facilities' nutzen. Da es an unserem Aufenthaltstag geregnet hat, wollten wir gerne das Gym nutzen, dies musste erst telefonisch abgeklärt werden, wurde dann aber gestattet. Anders beim Spa, welches laut Aussage der Rezeption einen Indoorpool, Sauna, Whirlpool usw. beherbergt. Dort durften wir, trotz, Regen, nichts nutzen, es sei denn, wir hätten eine Anwendung gebucht. Für den Preis des Day Passes und der voherigen Zusage, das gesamte Hotel nutzen zu dürfen, nicht akzeptabel.
Wir wurden im Outdoorbereich sitzen gelassen, der nur eine kleine Überdachte Bar bot und ansonsten alles nass war auf Grund des Wetters. Niemand hat sich zuständig gefühlt uns eine Alternative anzubieten. Jegliche Kommunikation kam von unserer Seite aus.
Positiv ist das Personal an der Bar zu erwähnen, welches sehr nett war und wo wir ein spätes Lunch bekommen konnten.
Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön angelegt und modern eingerichtet.

This hotel is wonderful. The Winch Design interior was absolutely stunning. So many amazing details that there are too many to mention. It really does feel like a luxury hotel at every turn.
The staff are absolutely delightful. Friendly and kind and really have our stay a personal feel missing from larger hotels.
The food was excellent and the location was great for getting to Victoria or elsewhere on Mahe.
It is a perfect start to a trip around the islands and also the perfect place to end your trip. We spent 3 nights there when we arrived and then hopped about and spent our final 4 nights there. We’ll be back!

I really enjoyed my stay in in this hotel, and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for where to spend their holidays in seychelles. The rooms are so beautiful. And the breakfast was so amazing. I really had fun starting there it’s really has quiet and beautiful environment plus the view???? even the staffs are soo friendly and they made us enjoy our staying there. in fact everything about this hotel is a 100/100 will definitely come back ❤️❤️

The service is exquisite. We were there for an afternoon, as we needed to leave our hotel até Felicite island early in the morning and our flight from Mahe didn’t leave until late at night. The staff was very helpful, the premises are beautiful and the food very good. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed one night at the hotel. At first glance, everything looks fine - clean, new, well designed. And that's really true, but then a lot of small things started to come up that together ruin the experience: weak current in the shower, the air conditioner in the gym didn't work, the jacuzzi didn't work, and the staff's attitude and service wasn't very kind. Worth mentioning, that the hotel manager asked us about the staying and did an effort to keep us satisfied when we shared our impressions from the hotel.

Wir waren im September 2022 für 3 Nächte dort. Es ist ein neu eröffnetes Designerhotel, freundliches Personal, sauber und ruhige Lage. Es gibt viele Spa-Möglichkeiten und einen schönen Pool. Eher negativ empfanden wir dass es nur à la carte zu essen gab (kein Frühstückbuffet), das Essen ist sehr teuer und für die 3 Tage gab es insgesamt nur 4 Kaffeekapseln im Zimmer. Als diese aufgebraucht waren konnte man sie für viel Geld kaufen. Bei der führen Abreise (wegen dem Flug), teilte man uns mit, dass man uns einen Kaffee und etwas kleines zum Frühstück bereitstellen würde. Jedoch war keine einzige Person bei unserer Abreise da. Man hat uns einfach vergessen. Am Freitagabend gab es Musik in der Bar und dort waren die Bässe übersteuert und es dröhnte bis in die Zimmer. Um 22:00 Uhr ging ich mal runter und sah, dass sich niemand in der Bar befand und einfach ein Tonband lief. Als ich den Manager darauf aufmerksam machte, wurde die Musik etwas leiser gestellt.
