The inside of the room was clean, but when going to the station there was a railway line between the station and the hotel, so I had to go through a dirty underground passage every time I went there. And the Wi-Fi at this hotel is just terrible. Wi-Fi gets cut off once every 5 minutes. It took about a minute to restore it, which was very inconvenient.

Habitación muy bien equipada y muy bonita. A pesar de que las camas eran dobles son muy cómodas y grandes, la única pega es que la televisión es muy pequeña.

El spa lo reservamos a las 20:00 de la tarde y la señora de la limpieza ya estaba limpiando la sauna por lo que no pudimos disfrutar de ella.

La ubicación muy buena con vistas al puerto

The room stinks of cold cigarette smoke. Even after opening the balcony door for an hour the smell stays. In the pillows, sheets the air. They added a room fragrance diffuser to cover the smell which makes it even worse.
Difficult to sleep.
The night stand is dirty with glass/bottle stains from previous guests.

Not ok for the price/night.
Would not book it again!

Hemos pasado dos días por Mataró. El hotel es moderno y nos han tratado muy bien. Buena situación en zona puerto donde hay muy buen ambiente.

Zimmer sind sauber geräumig, leider läuft die Klimaanlage nicht und wenn die Terrassentür zu ist wird es zu warm.

Nous venons de passer un week-end avec l offre weekendesk . Chambre vu mer, déco romantique 1h de spa repas gastronomique petit dej . Hôtel très agréable vu sur le port , chambre propre est spacieuse. Spa très fonctionnel . Les repas bon .
Très bon accueil chaleureux et en français.

Lovely hotel with lots of amenities. I've rated the rooms lower for a few reasons that are a personal annoyance as I travel a lot for work.
1. No mirror in normal light. (Near a window) So you can't do your make up or see yourself in the daylight to get ready.
2. No free water provided in the room. Only the mini bar which you have to pay for.
3. Shower no bath.

Location of the hotel excellent. Facilities in the hotel excellent. Wonderful balcony to look out over the port.
Great to have a charging point near the bed but was only on one side.
So although a good hotel room - a few things could be improved.

Perfect hotel in the perfect place, in March price was very good. Big minus - necessity of swimming pool reservation before (this information should be shared at reception when we arrive).

HAbitasion vista puerto, bajo ventana jente de la calle hasen deporte ruidos altos, promoción era con spa ,resultó que se acavado justo antes .Me ofrecieron más caro habitasion sin spa.Comentaron para día sigente talves por la mañana.poco comprensión de spa(en general spa para relaxs antes de dormir ba bien,y no por la mañana ,luego todo día cansado)No repitire.

Bonito hotel junto al puerto de Mataró, muy buen servicio de recepción y teléfono, las habitaciones espaciosas y buena limpieza.
Recomendable 100%, repetiré.

El hotel en si está bien. Como hotel de 4⭐️me a decepcionado. Cojo una habitación para dos primero me ponen en una habitación con dos camas individuales juntas y que es súper incómodo dormir acompañada porque se van separando y las habitaciones no están insonorizadas y se escucha todo de los huéspedes de alado. Bajo a recepción pido que se me cambie de habitación porque en la anterior había un crío alado y no paraba de llorar y me ponen en otra exactamente igual con las camas individuales ajuntadas que se duerme fatal si estás acompañada y los de la habitación de alado tenían música e igual. Mucho ruido. Si vas a descansar este hotel no es el adecuando. Por lo demás bien.

Très bel Hôtel

Cet hôtel nous a ravi mon mari et moi-même par sa situation, par l'appartement spacieux et très bien équipé, le lit était parfait et nous y reviendrons dès que possible
